GoogleWhat professional service and commitment from Callum Horne. From the start Callum has looked after us and understood our needs and appreciated what we were looking for. Callum was very quick in responding and getting the ball rolling. Nothing was to much trouble. He has made the whole experience so easy and is an absolute credit to chancellors as a company.

GoogleSecond time it happened to me, booked a house view. They cancelled it with only one hour warning and I didn't receive any apologies, feeling extremely disappointed as I had to cancel work to be there on time!! I highly don't recommend this Estate Agent. There excuse was because the Tenants were not present at the property. (Unhelpful and unprofessional)

GoogleExceptionally pushy and aggressive estate agency! I enquired 4 months ago about possibly renting out my property with them and decided to no longer rent it out. They continued to still call and email me 3 times every month since, even after I have told them to stop. Clearly they have too much time on their hands!

GoogleWe bought our house through Chancellors and John Bouwer was our agent. The house purchase was quite drawn out and took a lot longer than expected. Through out this time, John was proactive in helping to push the sale through and chase up the seller where needed. He's very approachable and the service was excellent!

FacebookI bought a flat from chancellors. Basically had no contact from them in the 5 months the property took to complete and my emails were ignored. When the property completed they didn't have the keys to the back door. This despite the fact they had used a key to show us outside during the viewing. Liars trying to cover up the fact they had lost keys. Would use a different more professional estate agents.

GoogleGreat, efficient service from Chancellors Bicester team Chancellors Bicester worked really hard to achieve the sale and probably facilitated 40 to 50 viewings over the last year. Adam was our main point of contact and we found him to be polite and reliable. I would consider using them again and would definitely recommend them.

FacebookThe worst possible agents I have ever had the misfortune to know. They refuse to organise any viewings to anyone other than a cash buyer ! Where do they expect you to live when your house is sold ? The rudest,most condescending,arrogant people in the world. Are chancellors trying to control the whole property market with their aggressive tactics?I would never market a property with them as they refuse to allow viewings.
