GoogleI had just moved into a property i purchased through Robinson Jacksons and I could not be more grateful for the support i had received from the Team starting with Corrie doing viewings at very short notice, the branch manager Neil for updates and through to progressing team Sarah, Andrea and Margaret for seeing the sale through. A special thank you goes to Margaret- she has buckets of patience and perseverance and is the most organised person I ever dealt with. I honestly think i would not be in my new forever home if not for their support. I am so grateful and will be recommending this agency to everyone.

GoogleWe have sold our 2 bed flat in one day getting a fair market rate price. Marcus and the progression team were very helpful throughout the long process and we have successfully completed the sale. The progression team has been amazing making sure the solicitors coordinate in order to complete on time. Would recommend Robinson Jackson if you want the best chance to complete the sale.

GoogleOur 2-star review is based on the end-to-end process with Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath. Sales Negotiator (Corrie Goodhew) was great. She notified us of a new house and we booked a viewing immediately. She helped us to secure the acceptance of our offer. However, following that, things started to slip (unrelated to Sales but more like their back office operations). We had to wait longer than expected for a Memo of Sales and throughout the entire process, we received little or out-dated progress updates. GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath. The sales team is very professional. After accepting the offer, we did not have best of the communication possible in the first two weeks. However we had great experience after initial 20 days. Especially the Progression team Margaret and Andrea did fantastic job in channeling the information. They are highly efficient and worked above and beyond their job description. They chased the seller's solicitors many times without them it would have been a really difficult journey. The overall experience is very good, we recommend RJ. Thanks, Viswa.

Googlevery bad experience.I made a call for viewing,a lady answered the phone very grumpy.I told her which property I want to view,but she told me details of another property.Not only this,when she said something I didn't understand,she just handed up the phone rudely,then I called back immediately,phone can't be connected.
