Absolutely disgusted with the property…

Absolutely disgusted with the property management service. Ongoing repair needed to property since august, despite many requests for information for the insurance to proceed, when emails and voicemails remain even now unanswered. I have finally had to arrange the repair myself. Questions about the property visit report have been ignored Even my complaint has not been responded to!

Found a tenant within a few days which was good. Was reliable with communciation and answering any questions I had. My only critique was that I specified no smoking and no pets, and was told that this criteria had been met, however later turned out that the tenant smoked and had a pet.
