Park Estates bexley are excellent! The gentleman that showed me the house I later bought was very friendly. He was nicely persuasive but also allowed me space and time to decide for myself. Once I decided, he provided me as much information as I needed all along the journey. And where he needed to push for speed of process, he did so with so much politeness and helpfulness. Bèing my first house purchase, I will highly recommend Park Estates and would be glad to do property buying with them again in the future.

Our experience with Park Estates was a complete nightmare. We rented a 4-bathroom, 4-bedroom house from them in October 2022, expecting a high standard of living given the price we were paying. Unfortunately, our hopes were quickly shattered. During the viewing, we were informed about the previous tenant's damage and unpaid rent. Park Estates assured us that the house would be fully renovated and all issues would be resolved. However, this turned out to be far from the truth. On the day we moved in, we discovered multiple problems and immediately notified Park Estates. Our initial interaction with "Wendy" was dismissive and rude, as if we were bothering her. As time went on, we uncovered more and more issues with the property. We desperately reached out to Park Estates through phone calls and emails, urging them to address the problems. The plumbing was questionable, the electrics were faulty with buzzing sounds, and several plug sockets didn't work despite being provided with an EICR certificate. The breaking point came when we woke up one morning to a massive flood in the kitchen on the middle floor. Water had leaked into the ceiling below, damaging our personal belongings. Despite the urgency of the situation, it took Wendy, who conveniently went on holiday and made various excuses, a whole week to attend to the property. To make matters worse, Wendy had promised that we wouldn't have to pay any further rent until everything was fixed, including the initial issues we reported. She even mentioned sending a follow-up email to confirm this arrangement. However, the promised email never arrived, and when we followed up, we were ignored. Wendy conveniently blamed email issues and claimed she hadn't been receiving our calls due to a faulty phone system. Suddenly, Wendy denied our agreement and demanded 50% of the rent to allow us to stay in the house. It became evident that she was dishonest, lazy, and completely untrustworthy. Her attitude reflected a disdain for her job and a sense of superiority towards the tenants. Regrettably, the owner, Paul, blindly supported his staff and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. He would pretend to agree with us but then completely ignore the issues we raised with him. We escalated the matter to the property ombudsman and will be taking Park Estates to court to recover our lost expenses from the move. We had to find another place, endure the hassle of moving again, and incur additional costs. All of this stress and inconvenience took place while my partner was 6 months pregnant, adding to our distress. The list of issues we encountered with the property is extensive. From broken lights in the hallway to plumbing and electrical problems, the house was in a state of disrepair. The kitchen had a broken dishwasher and a faulty gas hob, while the fridge and freezer were rusty and damaged. The microwave had a malfunctioning digital screen, and various wall switches were faulty and buzzing. The stairs had loose carpeting and peeling paint on the handrail. The upstairs hallway had a hole in the wall, non-functional lights, and a poorly replaced light fitting that damaged the ceiling. The hot water cylinder had issues, and the family bathroom had broken and loose tiles, a cracked shower wall, and poorly fitted lino with a strong smell of dampness. In the second bedroom, the radiator thermostat was broken, and there was dampness around the window. The ensuite bathroom had dampness and peeling paint on the ceiling. I don't have enough space on google to list all issues...... Overall, our experience with Park Estates was the worst experience we have ever had. Wendy's dishonesty, laziness, and lack of respect were deeply frustrating. The owner, Paul, demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. We strongly advise others to steer clear of Park Estates, and we are determined to pursue legal action to recover our losses.

You don't deserve a 1* review! You're a bunch of liars who promised us a property that was going to be repaired/ renovated and in a good/safe order for when we moved in but instead you rented me a property which had so many dangerous issues (faulty electrics, faulty boiler which didn't work at all, rooms full of mould, bedroom doors which wouldn't close, utilities which didn't work and the list goes on) and you done all of this while knowing I was heavily pregnant. Instead of receiving help from park estates (Mainly Wendy & Paul) I was treated horrendously, left for a majority of my stay without hot water or a working boiler, electrics etc in the middle of winter and then told I was a liar and treated like me my partner and our unborn child wellbeing didn't matter. Unfortunately the stress from this situation caused issues in my pregnancy and made what should an exciting, joyful experience a living nightmare. Please do not trust this agency, I am happy to share all the emails and recorded calls to anyone who is considering using them, just contact me!
