The sales development manager was really helpful too, giving us regular updates and even promoting the solicitors on both sides when needed. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe would highly recommend Park Estates if you are looking to buy or sell a property. The service was exceptional from selling our existing property and buying our new property. Lewis and Debbie are very professional and excellent in their roles. They kept open lines of communication and were very prompt with regular weekly updates. They helped us navigate some stressful times during the chain and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We have found our dream home and are very grateful for the service we received. GooglePark Estates Bexley were so impressive with the way they took control of the sale of our property. Whenever there was a need for someone to go to the house for viewing and other purposes they were there to assist. I was able to leave everything to them, without any input from us. I recommend Park Estates to anyone considering selling their property. They were respectful, and kept us informed of progress without us having to ask. I should add that the selling fee was fair and reasonable.

GooglePark Estates were excellent in our recent sale and purchase and I can’t recommend them enough. Both Lewis in the early stages, then Debbie as the sale progressed were great and made a very stressful process more bearable. Debbie was exceptional, giving us weekly, then daily updates and forever chasing up and ensuring all problems were addressed and sorted asap, even when she was off sick. Park estates are by far the best estate agent we’ve ever used, and were there with us every step of the way - thank you!

We've had much less positive experiences in the past with other local estate agents and really wouldn't use anyone else now

GoogleCopy of my email: Dear Team, I called the agency RE this property yesterday afternoon, and I was told to wait a call back. This never happened. Today morning, I received an email requesting details and saying viewings will be today. I noticed the email only in the afternoon, quickly replied to it and called the agency. The lady who answered the phone could have politely expressed herself instead of lying and being rude! As soon as I mentioned Blendon Road she cut me off and said; no more viewings..., owner accepted offer..., viewings were last week..., I told her the viewing for this property was supposed to be today, and if it hasn't happened yet, I want to sign up, but I was interrupted again and rudely told, owner agreed to previous offer..., no more viewings... This attitude is unacceptable. As an agent between the owner and the tenant, you must be professional! Customers should be treated with respect. This has to improve. This case should be discussed in your internal audit (if you have one).
Dear Halil I am sorry if you feel you have received a poor customer service experience. My colleague was not rude and simply explained our clients instructions. We have had a high level of enquiries, multiple viewings, great number of no shows without the courtesy of a phone call. We had 3 applicants that wanted to take the property of which 2 out of 3 failed to show for a meeting with the landlord. Today, the tenant that agreed to take the property has withdrawn citing personal reasons and the property has just been re-listed, so please feel free to call me to let me know if you would be interested and also to discuss your experience with this office. The time taken and professionalism shown in valuing a pretty tricky to value non conventional property was definitely above and beyond what we expected or indeed even asked for. It was very much appreciated, especially given that it was a non fee paying valuation for Probate purposes. Excellent service.
