Just Property were the dream agents to buy a property from. We were searching for the right place when it was more of a seller's market. They were really helpful from our first contact and the people were just lovely. They were efficient and helpful by email and in person. They helped us too to get our estate agents in London a bit more mobilised! Really lovely people who do a good job. They patiently sent our many messages to our vendors on many occasions. If ever we need to sell the house we have bought in Icklesham (which we hope we never will!) then we would go straight to Just Property for sure.

I lived quite a distance from the property so the work that Tom and his team did suited me perfectly. At all times from valuation to completion, I was kept in the loop. Phone calls and emails were answered immediately. They were able to help with the many problems I encountered, and put me in touch with trustworthy professionals to solve those problems. Excellent service!

We have been really pleased with the service we have received from Just Property. We have just exchanged on our new home and it certainly wasn’t plain sailing! However, we felt in such good hands along the way and can’t fault the way that Just Property managed the sale. One thing we really noticed was how pleasant the experience was to put in an offer - we were made to feel valued and respected throughout the process and not belittled, patronised or pushed like we were made to feel by other local agents. Ben was just amazing to us right up until exchange and handled all our queries. He communicated brilliantly and never left us wondering what was going on. First Class Service

Great Agents. We contacted three Agents. One didn't send us any properties and were never heard of again. We saw one property with another Agent, never heard of again. We travelled over 200 miles to see a property with Just Property, but were far too late. No problem, they rearranged the viewing for us and we bought the house. Liam was very helpful on the phone, Graham at the viewing, Paul helped us through initial negotiations and Ben was extremely proactive. Not only updating us on his end, but letting us know how our Solicitor was progressing and making numerous calls to the Vendor.Local knowledge is outstanding and Graham helped us with the high tech gadgets. 😀We were very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism through out. Nothing short of AMAZING

The support and assistance we received from Just Property was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning of the process Graham provided professional help and advice and we felt confident with placing the property in their capable hands. The whole team have your interest at heart and all were helpful. Once we received an offer we were then put onto Ben. He went above and beyond with his help and assistance. What a team!

What a team! We have had quite a rollercoaster ride with the sale of our house, but Just Property took it all in their stride. Just Property were great with our purchase on our first home! They were not at all 'pushy or sales like' towards us which made us feel more comfortable, start to finish. It was all new to us (obviously) and they explained every step of the process and reassured us throughout. We brought a house from a lovely man and they took care of him whilst putting our needs first too. The process was quite straight forward and relaxed and we complete within the next couple of weeks! Professional but human!

I can honestly echo the immense positivity found in the reviews for this company. From the first contact, to eventual completion they were nothing but excellent. The property selling process is unnecessarily stressful - while there is nothing that can be done to remove the underlying tension, the care and tenacity of Just Properties made it all ever so slightly more tolerable.Totally worth their (reasonable) fee! I will almost miss the phone calls and weekly progress emails (although I am obviously delighted it's all completed successfully). Particular thanks must go to Ben and Jo :)

Our hero's!

In June 2019 we put our house on the market with Just Property. We made a bee line for THE only house we wanted, that happened to be with Just Property too. By August 2019 we had completed and were in! All in 3 months! Just Property were amazing, lightening fast, fantastic communication throughout the entire process, professional, warm, friendly, totally on our level and human! They even helped rehome the fish in the garden, for goodness sake! Totally above and beyond and we felt like we were in the right hands from the start to finish. Smooth operators!
