What can I say? Just are exceptionally good!

What can I say? Kyle and everyone who I have had dealings with at JUST PROPERTY have been amazing. I have been doing a long move from Devon to Hastings and it has been very stressful! When looking at properties the JUST team were very helpful and always gave me plenty of information and plenty of time. They even held my dog for me while I looked round. It got to the stage when I was relieved when a property I liked was marketed by them as I knew I could rely on them. Kyle was doing a sterling job trying to make sure my purchase caught up with my sale and we were almost ready to exchange when disaster struck and my buyers pulled out. Kyle again stepped up and organised a grace period while I found a new buyer. Luckily, it has all gone through quite quickly after that with Kyle again doing all the right things to make it happen. On exchange day, it was Kyle who rang me to let me know it had all gone through. We all tend to give estate agents a bad rep but JUST are the exception in that they are exceptionally good at their job! Thank you!

Just Property - Just Amazing

We recently completed on a sale and purchase through Just Property Hastings office. We have nothing but the highest praise for Colin and his fantastic team.From the moment we met Graham who valued our property, our minds were made up that no other Estate Agents would do. He was down to earth, yet professional, genuine and really understood our requirements as a family.Issey kept us up to date regularly by phone and always offered reassurance along the way where we needed it. She was always very patient and understanding with questions we had.Austin, Tom, Liam and Phebe all superstars, always so very helpful every time we spoke. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them.What a truly lovely team, each and every one a real credit to Just Property, all so in sync with each other.We had hold ups along the way, due to the chain (not due to Just Property) which were at times very stressful. Excellent company, fantastic staff

All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. From my first encounter with the company where one of the agents made an itinerary for me, including telling me where to park and allowing enough time to travel and get a coffee between viewings, right through to the eventual completion of my property purchase, the communication has been excellent. Every email or call has been immediately responded to, the staff have offered wisdom and good advice and I trust and like them. I can totally recommend this company.

I contacted a few different agents when…

I contacted a few different agents when I was ready to sell my Flat and Just Property were by far the most professional and knowledgeable that I spoke with. I instructed them to sell two properties and Liam , Graham and Issey kept me up to date with offers and the subsequent sales process which at times was slow and frustrating but they did a great job in keeping it all on track.Nice people to deal with and unlike other agents, you get the same person rather than having to explain everything again to another newbie..Give them a try as they are a refreshing and positive agent.

Just Property: simply top notch

Just Property were incredibly attentive during my purchase of a property in Bexhill. The process was ridiculously prolonged by probate but JP were on it throughout, providing regular updates as communication was key in keeping me sufficiently patient to see the purchase through! Everyone at JP was cheerful, positive and encouraging, confident we’d get there in the end - and we did. It was the best service I’ve ever received from an estate agent and yet I’ve experienced many. Thank you SO MUCH Colin and Siobhan - and Darren for the glory part (!!) - the handing over of the keys. I would always highly recommend you and shall look to return should I ever sell!

Just Property are who you need to sell!!

Just property not only did an INCREDIBLE job at selling my flat, but they also achieved the full asking price. I cannot thank them enough!! It was a very stressful time selling up and moving away from Hastings but from the moment I started working with Just Property in Hastings, everything fell into place. Austin took beautiful photos and everyone involved with the sale, worked hard to arrange viewings and complete on the sale. A huge thank you to Kyle Logan for being amazing from the moment I walked into the office and said “Help I need to sell my flat” right up until I handed my keys over. He helped keep me calm, worked to find me the perfect buyer and really supported me through a very stressful time. Thanks to him I now live in a dream house in Kent and also know that my buyer is very happy in her flat in Hastings.

Great experience from start to finish

We went with another EA before using Just Property and the experience was worlds apart! Right from the start Just Property were efficient at getting our listing live, managing all viewings and keeping us informed. Once we had accepted an offer is where the real difference came in - rather than just being passed from one person to another, we were given a dedicated person to deal with our sale. Issey was great - she liaised between me, the buyers and solicitors to get our sale over the line as quickly as possible and kept everyone informed. The whole team there are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Selling through Just Property

We’ve bought and sold through Just Property on two occasions, most recently exchanging and completing in time to meet the stamp duty holiday deadline. The reason we went back to Just Property is because we have found them to be thoroughly professional - they know the business and the local property market inside out. Communication is brilliant, not just with us, but ensuring everyone involved in the chain, including solicitors are fully informed every step of the way - it gave us confidence that if anything was looking like it might go wrong or be delayed, they were on top of it to avert disaster! We dealt with Tom throughout our recent sale, but others in the office were up to speed if ever there was an occasion we couldn’t get hold of Tom (occasionally he would have a day off! Although he often still responded to our emails). We would recommend Just Property to anyone considering selling there property - they made what can be a very stressful process much easier, from the initial appointment to discuss our sale and put our house on the market right through to exchange and completion.

What a wonderful experience as a first time buyer relocating from Hertfordshire to Hastings, beginning to end. Arranged fast viewings, every staff member was professional, courteous & accommodating to changes. Local and lovely when shown properties. Communication on phone or email always informative. Replies was always reactive, quick, understanding and helpful. Ben proactively gave me progress updates on my buy, this gave me much confidence in what they do and the whole from offer to completion. Much trust was built from such a great service. Their approach is honest and they work with you. Brilliant estate agent with brilliant properties. Should I sell or buy again I would look to Just Property.

Highly recommend particularly for first time buyers!

As first time buyers we were quite anxious about the whole process. We have just purchased our first house through Just Property Fairlight branch and it was an absolute breeze! Branch manager Ben Howell went above and beyond to help us and guided us through every stage, always at the end of the phone or email, chasing solicitors and surveyors. Our purchase would have taken much longer had it not been for all of Ben’s work. The admin staff were also extremely friendly and available to answer any queries. Just Property, Its a no-brainer!!

We went with Just Property after being extremely disappointed with another Estate Agent.Ben Howel was our initial contact through the Fairlight branch. Not only did he sell our property he found us the house we've always wanted in the in the area we had our hearts set on! Ben has dealt with every aspect of our sale and purchase personally. Excellent service throughout the purchase

I have just purchased a flat sold by Just Property. Ben kept me up to date along the way and chased the solicitors when needed. I really appreciated his fast responses to questions and providing a link between myself and the buyer. I was also very impressed with the agent who showed me the property. They were engaged and enthusiastic which is more than I can say for other firms in Hastings. I would recommend using them if you are selling a property as the brochure was also really good. They provide a very professional service.

Buyer's appreciation

I've just bought a house marketed by Just Property. They weren't acting on my behalf but Ben kept in touch with me and provided explanations where required and was diligent in trying to keep things moving when the solicitors appeared to be going slow. It still took an inordinately long time but I appreciated his helpfulness and good humour. My impression was that this was a company which provided good, personal service. If I were selling I would certainly check out their offer.

Not your usual estate agents!!

Not your usual estate agents!!! Me and my husband looked for a property for a while, and our list of things we wanted was never ending. we saw our lovely little property online and 1 email through Rightmove and I had a response. Which was amazing because every other agency I spoke to or email just was so unresponsive and rather then listening to what i wanted just kept pushing me for viewings and get an offer in. Being a first time buyer is scary as well but Just property not only got me the house at the price i wanted to pay, they have stayed with me guiding through the process of what happens next. Ben and Paul have responded to every email and call. They really do go the extra mile. i strongly recommend checking them out if you are looking to buy, and if you do not have your house up for sale with them, DO IT!!!

Dealing with Issey and Hugh was a joy. I got in touch with Just Property after seeing a couple of properties that caught my eye.
