Kyle Logan and the team were very efficient and knowledgeable. They gave me good advice and were very approachable. They were very quick to come and value the property and the valuation pack was very professional. The photos were excellent. Kyle kept me informed throughout the process, despite it being Christmas and a holiday period. Kyle was kind and respectful and dealt with any difficulties efficiently. I would highly recommend 'Just Property.'

We were selling the house for an elderly parent after they moved into a nursing home and we didn't live in the area so needed a local agent we could trust. The team at Just Property managed everything for us keeping us informed along the way. They continued to support us through the pause caused by probate after our relative died, and kept prospective buyers aware of the situation whist the property marketing was paused. Then, once we were able to proceed again and had accepted an offer, they assisted us by keeping the sale on track through some unexpected issues which arose during the survey and helped to ensure that the sale progressed through to exchange of contracts. I would definitely recommend this agent based on our experience.

GoogleIt will have been nearly a year since my property went on the market. Sadly in the first instance I went with the wrong agent with the results being totally negative. Then I changed agents and went with Just Property, well things happened so fast I couldn’t believe it . The didn’t inflate the price of the house and got viewers through the door and got “sale agreed” which was the object of the exercise! We had a long chain but they kept it together and in the end everyone had the home they wanted. So a big thank you to Colin and his team.

I have moved from Surrey to North London to East London to South London then to Bexhill so have used many Estate agents in my years. This is my 4th move in Bexhill and this was to be the most important one of all MY LAST! I was so pleased I chose JUST PROPERTY they were amazing! Not only professional but cared and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was supported every step of the way no matter how many hurdles I faced and I was not alone. Siobhan was absolutely wonderful. She would ring me every week to keep me updated with progress or just to check to see if I was ok. If I had any worries I knew I could get in touch with Siobhan and she would get any information needed to put my mind at rest. Nothing was too much trouble! The team at Just Property actually care about their clients and do everything to give you that personal touch that so many Estate agents lack. They sold my property within days and got a good price. I would use Just Property should I want to sell again but this is the last move for me, so I can only highly recommend Just Property to anyone wanting to sell their property. There is no other estate agents like them.

I would just like to say how very impressed we were with Ollie Cook from Just Property Hastings. We have viewed a number of properties but none of the agents have been as professional and as thorough as Ollie.Ollie greeted us with the warmest welcome, showed us around the house with such enthusiasm and knowledge and offered up all relevant local information without being asked. Both my husband and I agreed that no other agent had as much enthusiasm, passion, knowledge and professionalism as Ollie. Although we will not be progressing further with the property I would like to thank Ollie for his time and dedication to his work.I would also like to add that I hope Ollie is recognised and rewarded as a valued member of staff who I believe is an essential asset to your company.
