We have recently purchased a property through Bexhill Estate and we could not fault the team. They worked around us for viewings and went the extra mile to get our completion through. If we ever need an estate agent again we will be in touch.

Without doubt the best estate agent in the area. This is what estate agents used to be like with the personal touch. Professional, efficient, thorough, supportive and enthusiastic. Their extensive knowledge of the profession and the area is superlative. Five stars aren’t enough to rate them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am very happy to recommend Bexhill Estates based on my experience of having worked with both Mel and Becki in their previous agency. I have bought and sold properties through them, both as a landlord and a private individual and my experience has been nothing but positive. You can feel confident that they are acting in your best interests as a seller or purchaser, they keep you appraised of progress, and go very much beyond the extra mile to resolve any problems to enable completion. I wish them every success in their new business and look forward to dealing with them again.
