Mel and the team dealt with my purchase of a house. I was also selling through another agent but my sale turned into a bit of a nightmare which held the whole process up. The team were great about it, i left my solicitors to do most of the communication with Bexhill Estates as I was frazzled trying to sort out my sale. They knew I was a serious buyer and were fantastically patient managing their sellers expectations and keeping everything afloat through to completion. Really lovely strong female led team who if im ever selling I would contact in a heartbeat.

No hesitation in recommending Bexhill Estates. Mel and the team at Bexhill Estates have been brilliant from start to finish throughout the sale of my property. There were some tricky moments as the 'chain' broke a couple of times but they managed to get matters sorted out and get the sale going again. From Becki doing the valuation and giving her advice through to Alex and Siobhan progress chasing and Mel guiding the whole proceeding we felt we were in very professional and capable hands. Our experience of Bexhill Estates was as our vendor’s agent. Siobhan was outstanding in also keeping us, as the buyers, informed and always up to date. She worked so hard to be proactive in trying to get agreements, solutions and move things forward across two ultimately collapsed chains. Without Siobhan’s involvement things would have fallen apart as she worked tirelessly and filled a vacuum in our own circumstances left by our appalling and ineffective agent and other incompetent professionals further down the chain. Siobhan and her colleagues do a very good job. She is utterly professional. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Bexhill Estates. Shame other agents aren’t like them.

I have nothing but praise for the wonderful team of ladies that run Bexhill Estates. I am profoundly deaf and their communication with me throughout the entire process has been absolutely amazing. Becki was fabulous from the start, cheerful, positive and extremely efficient. She took beautiful photos which helped showcase my property in the best possible way. They did all my viewings for me and sold my house very quickly. But what really stood out for me was the after sales support. Siobhan is an absolute powerhouse of an estate agent. I had two purchases fall through and there were various other issues along the way and I had a very inefficient solicitor. Siobhan stepped up and did so much of the work that should have fallen to him, worked tirelessly and all the while communicated with me so that I understood what was happening every step of the way. I cannot express how thankful I am to all of them for helping and supporting me and for staying positive and professional at all times.
