A very friendly and professional service. Even after we'd agreed to buy one of their properties they kept in contact with us and made sure that the process was progressing right up until the day of completion. The Coronavirus pandemic meant that we were unable to revisit the house but Mel went the extra mile and provided us with extra photos and measurements. A great independent local estate agent.

Where do I start? I can't praise this company enough. My parents had died and my brother and I had to sell the property in Little Common. We lived a 300-mile round trip away. Mel, Becki, and Alex couldn't have done more to not only get the property sold in a dreadful market but, also help us out by checking up on the property and going above and beyond what's expected of an estate agent. They understood our situation perfectly and never badgered us for price reduction after price reduction like some desperate agents do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these three. They were frankly outstanding.

Very disappointed with the service i got and just the attitude towards us. For me I was made to feel like I was wasting there time. Felt very rushed and awkward whilst on the viewing no engagement or trying to find connections with the property etc just very much here it is hurry up so I can go. It felt like no other viewing Iv ever had before It put me off even wanting to call about other property’s they have for sale as I honestly didn’t want to go through the awkward torment of another viewing with them. Update 1 Just to clarify I had two viewings with Two different people one being the owner and felt exactly the same with both pushed out withdrawn and like neither wanted to be there. Im sure jumping strait to a this must be a competitor makes you feel better but I have absolutely no affiliation with any estate agents and genuinely felt like the way we was treated was either down to your lack of experience or that you felt we was wasting your time so didn’t want to put in the effort. I’m not sure what it was but do feel that the way we was treated as if we was wasting you time Wasn’t right and needed to be noted. I genuinely felt like we was looked upon as if we shouldn’t have been there and you didn’t want to put in the effort Update 2 I haven’t chosen to stay anonymous?? I haven’t called you as I don’t see how you can help me after my experience with yourself?? I re read what I put and wrote it poorly as I meant I had one viewing with Alex and then one viewing with Mel (the owner) Together being two viewings and both feeling the same. But have clarified this above now. Please let me know how you can make the situation right? In every reply you seam to be trying to make me out to be a liar and is just furthering my feelings that your agent didn’t care at all about how it made us feel. This is evident in the fact you haven’t even made a single comment about how this isn’t a normal case and how you are sorry that we felt this way. You jumped straight in to your disappointed that we feel this way and that it isn’t the feedback you receive from clients and the only people who have left feedback like this is other agents. Nowhere has it been acknowledged that we are genuine clients that feel this way and how your disappointed in yourself that we felt like that. Please check your records for the 13th of September and also the 15th of September. And you should easily be able to find who we because as I said I’m not staying anonymous just no reason to call as I don’t know how you can put this right.

When I came to sell my late father’s house I knew I’d need an estate agent that I could trust. I live out of the area and so regular communication , honest advice and an empathy for all the challenges that come with selling a family home after a bereavement we’re needed. As soon as I met Mel and Becki I knew I’d be in safe hands. They, along with their colleague Alex, not only know the local area well but provided a wealth of knowledge and experience on everything imaginable. I really don’t know how I would have managed without their friendly support, patience and good humour. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process and I really cannot recommend them highly enough.
