Googlewas viewing a home with Darren and discussing the work reqd inside the home. he didnt like this and said DONT BUY A HOUSE, RENT THEN. which i thought was very rude. no need to be like that and cause upset. also had a conversation with Darren about buying the house and price etc. he refused to engage in any conversation at all, simply kept responding with ARE YOU GOING TO BUY THIS HOUSE?ARE YOU GOING TO BUY THIS HOUSE?ARE YOU GOING TO BUY THIS HOUSE? not a positive experience at all with him as the contact. very blunt, rude and an unpleasant experience. added a photo to show this review in reply to the company response to this. darren sent me an email the next day when he read my review!

GoogleFrom beginning to end, the whole team were professional, helpful, responsive, and an absolute joy to deal with. The property went under offer within 5 days of going onto the market, to a buyer who had been properly vetted. The sale proceeded without issue and completion took place in a short timeframe. Throughout, the team kept in contact with me and were always available to talk to me at any time. Thank you for all your hard work. For anybody looking to sell in Bexhill, I cannot think of a better agent to use.

GoogleMy wife and I were so pleased Abbott & Abbott were the Estate Agents for our vendors. Prior to exchange of contracts they chased the bottom of the chain when nothing seemed to be happening and then on the day of completion they were amazing. Due to problems, again, with the very first transaction we were unable to complete that day. Michael Green performed miracles to ensure we did not need to return to our previous home and go through the whole process again the next day. By his own admission he had not encountered a similar situation for many years but with his care and professionalism plan B was put into place. We shall for ever be grateful for their care and kindness.

GoogleI can’t recommend Abbott and Abbott highly enough for a smooth and professional service when it came to purchasing my house. Darren in particular was exceptionally accommodating for appointments, viewings and facilitating a number of visits to the house in order to allow contractors in prior to exchange. I offered and completed within five weeks and couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from Darren and consequently once I have developed this property I will be placing it back on the market and Abbott and Abbott will most definitely be my preferred agent of choice to list it with.

Considering I was the purchaser of the property he had no obligation to help me out but he kept me informed and up to date on everything and was in fact my main contact throughout the process. GoogleI have to confess at not liking estate agents from past experience but without sounding gushing Darren and Michael broke the mould. They take a genuine personal interest in their clients and work hard to get the best for both sides. We have ourselves a fantastic bungalow and honestly cannot recommend Abbott and Abbott enough. Always polite, happy, genuine and professional, just look at their portfolio and the results says it all…
