GoogleOn the 30th December the lock on the front door gave up. Being the only lock to secure the property I contacted RPMS who advised me a locksmith would call me direct. No call that day. After sleeping down stairs I contacted them the following morning and was told they would chase it up. Still no call. As this was New Years eve and was due to go out I called them back. I explained the situation again and that the property was insecure and Laura immediately contacted a locksmith who arrived within 20 minutes. I am a little disappointed I had to make so many calls and sleep downstairs but Laura did save the day.

Avoid this letting agent like the plague, great company until you have paid your deposit and tied into contract then terrible! never responded to emails, ignored issues and then when leaving the property in a much cleaner state than when I moved in they tried to charge me £250 to replace 1 bulb (which was out when I moved in) Clean some dust from inside a wall heater cover I never used and to touch up 3 screw holes which had been filled but not painted as I was unable to get a tester pot of paint due to shops being closed. Honestly shocking.

A few years ago I gave them a 5 star review. This is an update on my review. The communication is dreadful and whenever you email it's someone different and you never know whether your speaking to or emailing the right person. Not sure if it's maybe new staff. But I am paying for a service and feel the service let's them down.

GoogleHaving considerable experience with Estate and Letting Agents in the capacity of Buyer, Seller, Tenant and Landlord, I can confidently say that the service provided by RPMS is by far the most professional and genuine that I have dealt with. Our portfolio with RPMS comprises the management of one property only; however we feel that this has never impacted upon the professional, courteous and prompt manner with which RPMS and, more recently, our Portfolio Manager, Katie, have dealt with us. In addition, their straightforward, clear and proactive attitude towards communications, documentation, legislation and issue resolution is much appreciated! Please do keep it up!
