I had a maintenance issue and one of the property managers, Dannilee, was very re-assuring and supportive from start to finish. He was very quick to respond to my queries and escalated/followed-up with any ongoing or pending replies. It took three weeks to resolve the maintenance issue which took longer than anticipated, but I can't really fault this on L&S as I felt confident they were doing what they could from their side.
