GoogleAn awful and stressful experience throughout, culminating in a phone call on moving day to ask why we hadn’t moved out yet, 25 minutes before the time our solicitors had told us to vacate by. Another highlight was the day they agreed a moving date with the buyers without asking me first.

Tried to arrange a house viewing with the possibility of buying. Nope! Not going to happen very unhelpful staff and rude.
