FacebookMy son wanted an appointment to view a house. Due to work he could visit after 4.30 or Saturday and the first appointment they had was just under 3 weeks away! Today is the day and someone rings to tell me they can't do it,someone is ill. When I tell her Politely that I don't think their service is very good and I certainly wouldn't use then to sell my house she asked "why" I started to tell her but she put the phone down!! Absolutely disgusted and feel sorry for the people trying to sell their house which has been up for sale for 6 months !!

GoogleI was most impressed with The Property Hive recently when they valued my property …, a very professional and confident appraisal from Sylvia, who was very aware of he local market and quite simply blew the competition out of the water …. Fees and EPC costs explained and the least expensive of the three quotes I had …. I am a great supporter of shopping local and look forward to leaving another favourable review upon completion !!

We looked at a house but it fell through at the last minute but property hive kept us in mind when another perfect property came up which we've just started moving into! Transparent costings and advice given right from the beginning and excellent and expedient quality when setting up our sale. The agents kept in contact with us every step of the way and took care of all the viewings and offers. Our house sold within 2 weeks! Would highly recommend.

GoogleHad a valuation of one of my properties with Sylvia what a lovely woman, she was very helpful in suggestions on how to arrange the house to appeal to today’s market etc what I like was she really knows how to make someone feel at ease and really down to earth and so so knowledgeable at the same time. Any questions I had she was able to help. Thankyou for your time will definitely be using your company again. I have also viewed many potential investment property’s with a gentleman who works there called Arthur. What a great guy who’s no pressure sales technique sits really well with me. His honesty really makes you feel comfortable and allows you to make an informed decision that is best for you.
