Just exchanged contracts on our new house. We are the buyers. Hive were representing the seller yet the girls at Hive in Doncaster kept us fully informed throughout the whole process. It is a stressful experience, as we all know yet ours was made that little more tolerable by the cheerful bunch at Hive, Doncaster. Solicitors are good at giving half or vague answers to questions , yet the Hive girls gave us the truth everytime, even when another delay occurred they told it as it was. These girls are an asset to any business and Hive should be proud of each and everyone of them. Thank you and job well done girls! Brian, Bawtry.

I had a good experience letting a 4 bedroom from The Hive property. Helen, my agent, was competent and was quick to understand my needs and wants for a rental. Unlike other agents she only took me to house that I was interested in. I mentioned to Helen that speed was a priority to me and she was able to get me through the application process and into the property in less than a day. The service was professional and The Hive Property/Helen was quick to respond to emails/calls. Needless to say I will use them again

Lorraine and the team at The Property Hive were absolutely fantastic whilst dealing with the sale of mum’s house. It wasn’t the easiest of sales due to a number of reasons but we couldn’t have done without them. I would certainly recommend The Property Hive to any perspective buyer or seller as a result of their customer service which is friendly but professional at all times but more importantly their ability to get the achieved sale and progress it through to completion. Outstanding service from start to finish. From the moment the valuer Sylvia came to visit my property i knew this was the company for me. A local, family run business with fantastic knowledge of the area and she offered great advice on how to sell my home. The 3d Virtual Tour is a great selling tool and showed our home off really well. So much so that it sold within one day of being on the market for the full asking price. I knew it was going to be difficult to value our house it was very old attractive with extra accommodation in a barn but with two ancient rights of way. The brochure photos and video were fantastic and soon we had loads of viewings. Unfortunately most buyers had been watching "Escape to the Country" and were not prepared for the realities of an old house' one even objected to the sound of the church bells. I was ready for admission to the psyche block despite a lot of support from Rosie. After a meeting with Lorraine we decided to reduce the price and Lorraine and her team would take over everything I would not even meet the buyers until all was completed. We started with an open afternoon where ten couples attended five made viable offers and Lorraine chose a couple who not only offered above the new asking price but in her opinion would not mess me about. Lorraine was right from then on we proceeded at a solicitors pace (slowly but surely). I am a volatile personality prone to despair and throughout the experience the Hive Team were there calming me down, being realistic and above all giving me hope. Today after 7 months (including solicitor time) I said goodbye to them all and do you know what I was sad ......but not sad enough to do it again'.....but if I had to it would be with the Hive Team

If you are serious about selling, what do you want? Proactive, friendly, approachable staff; timely feedback following viewings; regular contact when things go quiet and most importantly knowing you can talk to someone and get an answer to your query. That's why I changed agents and instructed the Property Hive to sell my house. RESULT. I also bought a house they were selling, again a totally positive experience. All my little questions and queries regarding my purchase were answered quickly. I benefitted from their wealth of experience and knowledge as well as their ability to act as go between with the other parties solicitors, something that was so beneficial in ensuring effective and up to date communication. You may be able to do it cheaper but having confidence in the Property Hive and getting answers to important questions takes some of the stress out of the house selling and buying process. Many thanks to Rosie and Shannon who kept me well informed in the selling process and to Lorraine who brought everything together and chased up solicitors.

Amazing service. Really knowledge and caring staff. Seems a personal service and bespoke to each individual and each property. I have had previous experience of company’s coming to value the house, most stay for a few minutes and go away and Google ‘sold house prices’ in the area and give you a quote. Seems lazy. Not the property hive. Sylvia stayed for 30 minutes, looked and discussed every room and really took an interest. Couldn’t recommend enough. 👍
