GoogleVery disappointed. I booked an appointment for valuation a week ago. I was waiting 6 days and got a call from Mark Conroy day before that it is cancelled without any reason. He offered me to wait next 7 days for another appointment. Joke. Very unprofessional and rude, taking into account that they have sold one property for me before. avoid!!!!

GoogleA difficult property to sell due to age (300yrs +) and condition but handled with skill and professionalism resulting in a successful sale and the right buyer. The service was friendly and handled with sensitivity throughout such that Hive will be our preferred agent if we need to sell again in the future, recommended without reservation.

FacebookMichelle has been amazing, from us 1st ringing to view the property to securing the property. Michelle went above and beyond our expectations as a buyer and we had better service with the property hive as a buyer than we did with our own estate agency when selling our home to move on. Could not recommend the team enough from Arthur that showed us round the home to some of the girls that took call backs for Michelle to ring us back. Amazing, professional, polite, welcoming! 5 star!!!

GoogleThe sale of my house run like clock work from the start to finish of the process. Regular updates every couple of days, couldn't have asked for more. FacebookHighly recommend the property hive. They were very professional and helpful with quick responses and nothing was too much trouble. From start to end the customer service was excellent. Friendly, professionally and helped with constant updates and advice, good and honest feedback from viewings, once a sale was agreed they supported progressing the sale through with buyers and solicitors. Always prompt responses each time I emailed which helped keep me informed and put at ease. A big well done and thank you to the team, especially Chloe Frost who was amazing. GoogleHaving recently come on with The Property Hive my experience has been easy and efficient. Ruby who now manages my property has given great advice to myself as a landlord on everything I needed to sort out and provided an excellent standard of care for my tenants. The company’s letting package is also great and I’ve been pleased with all the professionals they’ve recommended and I’ve used so far. This has helped me organise myself as a landlord and I would use the company time and time again.

FacebookWe had Mrs Mugglestone out last week to value our property, she valued it higher than what we expected which was fantastic! I have no doubt it will definitely sell with, she fetched with her great evidence what made her come up with the figure she did which shows me the knowledge and skills she has regards to real estate which is everything you want! Mrs Mugglestone is a fantastic lady very laid back and easy to deal with, would highly recommend the property hive!
