Terrible customer service, would not recommend. We was interested in a property and it sold. The sale fell through so they got back intouch to say we was the first people they thought to contact and could come and view the property they said the first viewing they can get us in for was the Friday so we accepted and went and viewed the property... the viewing went really well and they told us whilst we was at the viewing that someone had just put an offer in but the owner hadn't accepted as he wanted to have all his viewings first and had other viewings the following week. We was told that they was more flexible the following week if we would like to come and view it again. As we were leaving they told us the office was closed so we wouldn't be able to call to make an offer. We called Saturday morning to be told nobody was in and that we needed to call on Monday. We have just recieved a call to say the property was sold on Friday morning. I get that its business and you have a business to run but why waste peoples times with viewings when you already knew an offer was made and accepted and the property was sold on Friday morning? Why not call and tell us so we didn't have to waste our time on Friday afternoon. Terrible customer service and will not be purchasing a house through the property hive in the future. If this is how you treat all your customers you won't be selling many houses anytime soon. We was asked if we wanted to go on your waiting list what for? So you can waste our time with more viewings on properties that are already sold!

I’m currently in the process of selling and purchasing a property with hive and due to my personal circumstances this has been a very emotional time for myself. I cannot thank the staff at Hive enough, especially Michelle nuttall and Chloe frost who are dealing with my purchase. They have been outstanding. The communication is excellent and they are very professional. I haven’t felt/ or had the need to chase them or ask questions. As they have covered everything needed and contacted me on a regular basis. Originally my house had been undervalued by my mortgage lender - which meant I would have been in a very difficult situation (and potential sale fallen through) if the seller would not have negotiated the price. Michelle spoke to the sellers and got back to me the same day to which we agreed a price. Meaning the house purchase could continue and I am one happy customer! Thanks again.

I must say The Property Hive is probably the best estate agents in the South Yorkshire region, so professional in everything they do, Silvia came out to our property, gave us a very strong valuation with plenty of evidence to back up the price she gave us, super friendly and professional, gets straight to the point, we had another estate agent come and value our property which was very amusing as we got it valued 35k less than what Silvia gave us with 0 evidence to back up his valuation. Silvia is clearly very well educated about the property market which so much dedication to her job, answers the phone to all my calls answered every question we had, The house was STC for asking price within 3 days of Silvia coming which we couldn’t believe! We have used Property Hive as both a letting agent and then as the estate agent to sell the same property. Living 200+ miles away from the property we needed a company we could trust and rely on, having had some bad experiences with other agents. Property Hive exceeded the brief completely. In all our dealings with them on what has not been a particularly straight forward let or sale nothing has been too much trouble. They are a brilliant team - all of them, but a special shout out to Helen for lettings and Chloe for managing the sale. Faultless communications throughout and too many examples of going above and beyond the call of duty to list here. We would recommend Property Hive absolutely without hesitation - peace of mind letting worth every penny of the management fee and a faultless estate agency service from initial engagement and brochure production right through to completion.

Over several years I have bought and sold houses using the Hive. From a small local family business they have grown to be a major force in Doncaster. Despite the growth they have lost none of the ‘family’ feel and indeed the quality of their customer service is excellent and exceptional compared with many of their rivals. I’m currently buying a property through them and their service is head and shoulders above the competition. They couldn’t be more professional , friendly and responsive. I booked The Property Hive for our first valuation considering arranging other agents also , however , after meeting Sylvia for our first appointment I had no doubt that we would be instructing The Property Hive to act for us for our sale . Sylvia was so professional , open and warm and gave us great advice and I felt 100% comfortable and confident straight away . I have since met Chloe who has arranged our photos and virtual tour . We used Hive at Bessacarr, Doncaster to sell my mums bungalow. The staff were great, especially Chloe, nothing was too much trouble. Always quick to respond to phone calls and emails. Hive did the viewings for us too and once we had a buyer they liaised with the solicitors, buyers and estate agents up and down the chain to keep up to the minute on what was happening with the various sales and then quickly updated us. We were completely happy with the service and would use Hive again.

I had previously had an extremely bad experience when it came to selling my property ultimately resulting in the deal falling through so I had low expectations when it came to using estate agents but I can honestly say hive have been amazing. As landlords we used Hive to rent out a house in the past, which was handled very professionally by Steph for us and now we're in the process of selling a fully refurbished home via Hive with the help of Louise. Going back to use Hive for the sale of a property was a no brainer, they'd come recommended to us by family members who have also used their services and couldn't speak highly enough of them. Steph handled the rental property last year for us and did a marvellous job finding our tennant, she was so friendly and helpful all the way along, listening to our needs and taking them on board. We spoke to Hive as a natural choice when it came to selling a property, why would we go elsewhere when we knew them to be reliable and so easy to work with on past experience? Sylvia came to do our valuation and she was spot on. She gave us sound tips and advice on finishing touches to the property which were very helpful. She was clear and straightforward and we hit it off straight away, which gives the reassurance you need in a professional relationship. Can not fault this estate agents at all! We had our house valued within 2 days the property was on the market within an hour of our property being on the market it had viewings booked! There has been houses on my estate that have been up for sale for 2 years with other company’s so i decided to go with the hive as i had seen property’s around me sell instantly i didn’t even get quotes of other company’s! I DO NOT regret it at all. Every single member of the team i have spoken to so far go above and beyond to help and answer any questions i have they are so kind and the nicest and easiest company i have ever had to deal with! The team at The Property Hive have been brilliant from start to finish as always. This time we were letting a property for the first time with them. Previously we’ve managed the process ourselves but with all the legislation involved now we thought it best to let a professional Estate Agent manage the process and advise on everything that needed to be in place. The Property Hive and Steph were there for us every step of the way from valuation to property let. All completed in just 7 days. The Property Hive do the photos, marketing, viewings and then the credit checks, referencing and right to rent. They will also ensure the EPC, Gas Safety and Electrical Condition Report are all done if required. We were notified of the viewings and the people who were interested. Once the viewings were completed we then had a discussion around the best candidates with the ultimate decision being ours (Steph’s advice was valuable) All in all a great service from a great team!
