We have just started doing business with HAARTS at the Benfleet branch with a very nice young man called JORDAN who apparently has just been moved over from another branch and on meeting him for the very first time he impressed us immediately! He is very confident and provides you with the truth: so that in itself leaves you feeling confident about your home: Trust me it takes a lot to impress my husband but he did hence why we have decided to sell our property through them: We are at the early stages of selling via HAARTS and yes they maybe slightly higher in % but again my husband always said cheapest is not always the best! but you will definitely get a great service and they will go the extra mile to achieve your expectations SO FAR SO GOOD! No pressure JORDAN lol

I spent six months with one agent.. Most of wish was spent wondering what exactly they do?? Obviously everyone lists on Rightmove and that seems to generate an initial level of activity but after that it was a path of frustration!! I never heard from them.. I had to chase them to see if anything was happening and if not why not and whether I should adjust the prices or was it the horsing market in general?? I couldn't even get to the bottom if what (if any) marketing was being done. One day I got an email out of the blue which said " be aware that this is the all too familiar ‘you need to reduce your house’ email! So, here goes.You need to reduce your house! There’s is much more on the market now and quite a few reductions…" Yep! No phone call, no chat, no advise.. Just that email which I found unhelpful, rude and tbh lazy! Time to change agents and if seen that many of the local agents had had properties up for ages.. Then the seller had moved to hart and sold quickly... So I arranged an appointment Darren came round and was genuinely enthusiastic about his business, clearly had a very good understanding of the local market and the national context. He took time to explain the multi layered marketing approach Hart uses. I was particularly impressed by the social media marketing that reacts and tracks and offers up elements of your home to those on social media showing interest in the area from afar. Algorithms and stuff I don't understand but know enough about to realise it can make a huge difference have generated a huge amount of interest. Hart knows I just want to sell but despite this their view is that the price I'm selling for is good and right... It's not sold yet buy if anyone is going to ensure a sale it will be this team. Furthermore, I actually like and respect this team .. They deserve to go far and have many successful sales and customers .. I might be selling my home but I won't be moving from Haart.

Had a valuation on our property today. Lewis arrived promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. From the first communication with Danielle Haart have been excellent. We didn’t have any intention of selling as we have recently completed an extension and just wanted an idea of any added value. I was honest and up front about this so that they were aware and Lewis certainly didn’t turn up with the ‘salesman pitch’ and what they could do. However did offer Alex’s services in the form of financial advice which I think we will be takin up. Thank you team!

Phoned Benfleet office one day to arrange a visit for a valuation, an appointment was arranged for the following day. Danielle called and conducted a valuation in a professional and friendly manor. We were given a verbal valuation at the time followed by a written valuation by the end of the day. Although we do not intend to sell in the foreseeable future ,and this was made clear to Danielle at the time, we would certainly contact Haart if we ever did. Thank you for your services
