Sold my house in Belper using Homes to Sell - we had at least three different agents come round but I found David to be really friendly and kind whist I was figuring it all out (it was the first time I had sold a house). Pictures were great, comms really good, description etc. all bang on. The woman who did the viewings was also lovely and they sold the house really quickly for more than I expected to get. Since then, I have needed a 2nd opinion on my current house value wise and David has been over. I have seen him sell lots of houses on our new and old road, and bump in to him from time to time - he is always lovely. He knows the local area, sale prices are reasonable. And most importantly for me, unlike some other agents, they do not have a reputation of over pricing property - which means when it comes to selling, buyers respect the price the property goes up for - as Homes to Sell valuations are very sound. I bought my current property through Julie at Home2Sell. I was struggling to get a mortgage so decided to pull out. Julie contacted me and said she knew a great mortgage broker who may be able to help me. I explained my situation and said no one else has managed so didn't hold much faith but Julie came through for me and I'm so grateful she did as no one else was willing to help as much as Julie was. What can I say.. amazing service from start to finish. We bought and sold with Home2sell and what an amazing service we received throughout. Stef and Julie you were so professional along with being both friendly and approachable, and nothing was too much trouble, you were always quick to update on the progresses of both, the sale of our property, as well as the property we were buying. We used Home2sell as they were selling a property we fell in love with, so felt it would be easier to keep both purchase and sale of our home in one place even though it was out of area. We didn't use them directly, but a house at the bottom of our chain was sold using this agent. Their communication was terrible, they lied to all the other agents in the chain about the status (so when we all thought we were going to exchange, there were still outstanding queries and the people on either side of their sale hadn't even been told any dates). Now we're trying to chase the solicitors at the bottom to get something resolved and they give everyone a different story every time they call... I know this isn't just the agents at the top, as I called them and they got confused thinking I was an agent myself (I never said that or tried to be misleading, they just obviously weren't listening) and gave me a different story again! I don't deny that this is partly due to the solicitors involved, but there is no comparison when talking to Home2Sell vs the other agents in the chain, and I don't mean in a good way.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

One member of staff is ignorant. Thinks because you rent your property she can treat you like dirt. When you ring she puts me on hold for twenty minutes then disconnects me. If you withhold your number she picks up straight away.Been waiting for over a year for repairs to my cracked bedroom ceiling.still waiting for bedroom ceiling to be repaired, Sam swift, not very swift getting my ceiling repaired.im still waiting for my ceiling to be repaired, it's been over 2 years now, Sam swift says it's condensation even though she has not even seen the ceiling. Firstly, David, Julie and the Home2Sell team sold my home within a week. I had tragically lost my wife the day after our home was sold and the help and compassion I received from them thereafter was fantastic. Friendly, efficient and very helpful. Professional and are very accommodating to the seller. I used them when selling my house and we always had a great 2 way communication process whether through emails or phone call. My parents also use them for renting out property and are very satisfied on that end too. Would recommend homes to sell to anyone.
