Strongly recommend Home2sell in Belper, Julie in particular was outstanding along with the rest of the team! I had particularly testing solicitors and the whole process took way longer as a result but Julie guided me through it, went the extra mile and kept me calm. They helped me have additional visits to the property, were completely on the ball with communication providing regular updates throughout. Can not fault them in any way what so ever. Would strongly recommend them and if i ever put myself through this again i would definitely be calling on them. Absolutely brilliant

We have just purchased our home through Homes 2 Sell and Julie was simply fantastic, she helped us to find our perfect family home and kept in touch with us about properties coming to the market and once we found a property Julie kept us up to date from offer acceptance to completion. This was the only estate agent in the area that felt like a traditional estate agency wanting to do the best for their vendors and purchasers. We will come back to Homes 2 Sell in the future if we need to move again and will continue to recommend their services.

I had a really bad experience with Home2sell recently. I booked a viewing to look at a property with my partner. The agent never showed up and after waiting for 20 minutes I rang them up. I was told a contractor had borrowed the only set of keys and hadn't returned them. Why on earth didn't they have the courtesy to let us know? Terrible communication. There was no apology at all. We were told to view the property from the outside instead, I explained that we had already been doing this for the last 20 minutes. The agent advised us to wait a bit longer in case the contractor came back with the keys. We wasted an hour in total and we were extremely annoyed. The agent said they would call us when the keys were returned to re arrange the viewing but that was 5 weeks ago and we never heard anything back. We were cash buyers. They are not working in the vendors interest. Terrible service.

I'd had a few dire experiences with other estate agents while buying a house, and had heard really positive things about Home2Sell, so I approached them with high hopes. In the end, these high hopes were not only met but exceeded. Friendly service, extremely knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to help me get the kind of home I wanted. Phone calls along the way to check i'm ok, and if any help is needed, help and advice with all the daft questions I threw at them, honestly just a million times better than the service from other estate agents. Sold my 1st home through homes2sell. Initially they seemed really positive and wanting to sell our house. Within the first couple of weeks, our assigned agent went off sick for an operation which no one communicated with us. I was emailing him constantly to see if we have any requests for viewings and no one got back to me. After calling up, I was informed that the agent was off and no one had taken over our house and that they did not know when he would return. Upon his return around 6 weeks later, we had some viewings booked and finally sold. After selling and signing contacts, our buyer requested a 5th viewing (recommend by her solicitor). We already had in-place a moving date and could physically not accommodate this viewing. Myself and my partner both work full time, had other commitments, a family bereavement and had to pack our house within the week of this request and moving. The estate agent called me while I was at work (I was not really able to speak) but this was not considered and I knew I wouldn’t get another call back. He said I ‘look dodgy’ if I do not let her into the property before moving and that I sound ‘far too busy to even be moving house’. I later called back and spoke to someone else expressing the manor in which I was spoken to and how unprofessional my estate agent came across. Her reply was ‘That’s surprising because I’ve not had a bad review about him’. I did not receive an apology for how I was spoken to by ANY member of homes2sell. They did not contact me about what we were doing with the keys to our property until our buyer was already outside waiting to move in. Their communication was absolutely shocking and I would never recommend this estate agent to anyone that wishes for an easy move or sale. Selling a house is meant to be one of the most stressful times in your lives and unfortunately homes2sell made this 10 times worse. Do not recommend.
