GoogleOne member of staff is ignorant. Thinks because you rent your property she can treat you like dirt. When you ring she puts me on hold for twenty minutes then disconnects me. If you withhold your number she picks up straight away.Been waiting for over a year for repairs to my cracked bedroom ceiling.still waiting for bedroom ceiling to be repaired, Sam swift, not very swift getting my ceiling repaired.im still waiting for my ceiling to be repaired, it's been over 2 years now, Sam swift says it's condensation even though she has not even seen the ceiling. The company is rubbish, if you want the best go elsewhere.

Having investigated your comments, I have been informed that you have been swearing at female members of staff and at local tradespeople. This is totally unacceptable and you would not allow an Electrician to turn off electrics when carrying out an electrical check. We have taken over the management of the property at your landlords request and we take their instructions on all aspects of the property. As you are aware, we have passed the repair instruction regarding the ceiling on to our approved tradesman to rectify and we would appreciate your co-operation.

The most recent move is from this house to another on home 2 sells books. It’s perfect and Sam in lettings has been an absolute star ⭐️ She has given me time listening to my concerns and issues regarding moving. Would highly recommend these estates agents. GoogleThe worst customer service I have ever experienced. Whilst renting a property through this company over the last year our emails and phone calls regarding repairs to the property were ignored and required constant chasing up. They did a home visit without giving us prior notice which is a breach of our privacy and tenancy agreement. Constantly poor customer service throughout the year, even had to chase up for final information about the property inspection and getting our deposit back. Really disappointing.

GoogleUnfortunately not the greatest experience for us. I had to go into the shop for feed back from house viewings the staff didn't pass on any messages. Waiting to hear back on 3 emails sent to them re our contract. So very disappointing!

The woman Samantha who I dealt with is very unprofessional, she lied many times and only gets back to you via email when you request a call back. Please all stay away from them In 10 years of renting property never have I ever come across agency like this. Im surprised they are still legally trading. Until a major lawsuit happens that is !!!
