GoogleWe have just purchased our home through Homes 2 Sell and Julie was simply fantastic, she helped us to find our perfect family home and kept in touch with us about properties coming to the market and once we found a property Julie kept us up to date from offer acceptance to completion. This was the only estate agent in the area that felt like a traditional estate agency wanting to do the best for their vendors and purchasers. We will come back to Homes 2 Sell in the future if we need to move again and will continue to recommend their services.

GoogleSold my 1st home through homes2sell. Initially they seemed really positive and wanting to sell our house. Within the first couple of weeks, our assigned agent went off sick for an operation which no one communicated with us. I was emailing him constantly to see if we have any requests for viewings and no one got back to me. After calling up, I was informed that the agent was off and no one had taken over our house and that they did not know when he would return. Upon his return around 6 weeks later, we had some viewings booked and finally sold. After selling and signing contacts, our buyer requested a 5th viewing (recommend by her solicitor). We already had in-place a moving date and could physically not accommodate this viewing. Myself and my partner both work full time, had other commitments, a family bereavement and had to pack our house within the week of this request and moving. The estate agent called me while I was at work (I was not really able to speak) but this was not considered and I knew I wouldn’t get another call back. He said I ‘look dodgy’ if I do not let her into the property before moving and that I sound ‘far too busy to even be moving house’. I later called back and spoke to someone else expressing the manor in which I was spoken to and how unprofessional my estate agent came across. Her reply was ‘That’s surprising because I’ve not had a bad review about him’. I did not receive an apology for how I was spoken to by ANY member of homes2sell. They did not contact me about what we were doing with the keys to our property until our buyer was already outside waiting to move in. Their communication was absolutely shocking and I would never recommend this estate agent to anyone that wishes for an easy move or sale. Selling a house is meant to be one of the most stressful times in your lives and unfortunately homes2sell made this 10 times worse. Do not recommend.
Sorry you feel this way, particularly as the team did put a lot of time and effort into successfully completing your sale and working along side the solicitors. Daniel unfortunately had to have an operation which I accept caused issues. The branch manager did step in and successfully sold your home. We wish you well in your new home and hope you are happy and settled now.

GoogleSold my house in Belper using Homes to Sell - we had at least three different agents come round but I found David to be really friendly and kind whist I was figuring it all out (it was the first time I had sold a house). Pictures were great, comms really good, description etc. all bang on. The woman who did the viewings was also lovely and they sold the house really quickly for more than I expected to get. Since then, I have needed a 2nd opinion on my current house value wise and David has been over. I have seen him sell lots of houses on our new and old road, and bump in to him from time to time - he is always lovely. He knows the local area, sale prices are reasonable. And most importantly for me, unlike some other agents, they do not have a reputation of over pricing property - which means when it comes to selling, buyers respect the price the property goes up for - as Homes to Sell valuations are very sound. If we were to sell again I would not ring anyone else.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have used home 2 sell to rent and sell our property. They excelled at both. Always efficient and professional. At one point we thought we had lost the sale and Julie worked really hard to get the sale back on track. They are also extremely good value charging far less than any neighbouring agents for both sale and rental. We certainly recommend!
