GoogleVery professional service from the staff at Belper Hall and Benson throughout the sale of our property. It’s a fast moving market at the moment but nevertheless we are pleased with the services provided including the accompanied viewings, feedback and being kept inform of progress throughout the transaction. Special mention goes to Bethany who responded promptly to any questions we asked . Also to Jess and Abi for guiding us initially .

YellStay away if you could help it
Twice have had to deal with them. first time when i was looking to rent, the woman who showed me around was abrupt, didnt know anything about questions i asked and was pretty keen in going home. Second time, wanted to buy a house. (Sophie) Useless at negotiating, communication or customer service and all she was thinking about was how much commission she could get out of it, not really about the service provided to the buyer.

GoogleThe whole team at hall and benson was fantastic. My property was only on for a week and it had 3 offers in. They even had a buyer before it went to market. All the staff was super friendly and helped you through the whole process from start to finish.

GoogleWe put our house up for sale with Hall and Benson in January and we averaged a viewing a week until May when we sold to a delightful young couple who wanted a 'forever' home. The service provided, particularly by Amy and Bonny (who has since moved on) has been exemplary, I cannot recommend them and their colleagues highly enough.

The most rude and underhanded company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.. I wouldn't use if they were the only agent on the planet..don't know how they stay in business with the disgusting attitude to their customers.
