All the staff were excellent. My move was complicated as a chain of 6. I felt informed all the way, the staff were very empathetic and explained all the solicitors technical terms to me very well. I bought from Burchell Edwards. Next time I will definately sell with them!!

GoogleVastly overprice properties. We were looking to sell a property we estimated to be around £125000. We had 2 other agents who valued it at £120000 which we thought were fair and realistic valuations. Burchell edwards valued the same property at £170000. The other agents wanted around 0.75% + vat to sell. Burchell edwards wanted £2000 + vat. We will not be using burchell edwards

Refusal to remove me off tenancy with numerous emails sent and speaking over the telephone recently and the manager saying I wouldn't be charged to remove me off the tenacy. They want £240 to remove me off the tenancy now after so many calls and emails. This is a joke. I have it all copied in writing!!

Great service from Tom and Emily at the Castle Bromwich branch. We had been looking to rent somewhere new for almost a year and this was the first really good experience we had. Communication was brilliant and everything was done in a timely manor. We’re now happily settled in our new home.

Be warned, for such a large company they are totally incompetent. Currently going through a GDPR complaint due to their lack of care. Seems to be a problem in lots of branches so obviously a company issue not just with the branch we dealt with.

Extremely poor service, complete incompetence, felt blackmailed in to using their services otherwise they wouldn’t submit my offer, never returned any calls, 2 weeks on going and I still haven’t been updated if the property is mine or not, will pull out just based on there lack of service- avoid at all costs !!!

My opinion has changed since 2019, rude and unprofessional. Seems to have a high turn over of staff and the staff that are there can be rude and unprofessional.

Apalling service. Slow, never returned messages. Seemed completely uninterested. Went with online estate agency instead who are a third of the cost and hugely more professional and have got more viewings in 2 weeks thank burchell edwards got in 6 months. I cant understand how estate agents expect to survive when they offer such poor service.
