GoogleThe service we have received by Your Property Geeks has been outstanding and I would thoroughly recommend them. As property investors, we entrust our properties - from sales, lettings to serviced accommodation to Jim and his team. Their personal service and management skills are of a calibre that has enabled us to have a complete ‘hands-off’ approach to our property portfolio.

GoogleI rented a property let by YPGs for 2.5 years and I would highly recommend them as a letting agency. They were very easy to deal with, good at communication and had our best interests at heart, which isn’t always common with letting agencies. We mostly communicated with Jamie, Josh and Aleigna, who were all very nice and genuine people.

FacebookWould never recommend them When you arrange a view and two days later they don’t turn up for viewing and when called to ask where they were to be told Sale agreed oh even though there were no offers two days before and the annoying part is to pretend they tried to call you which they didn’t. One wonders are the acting in the Interest if the customer when you take the first offer hmm
Catherine we are really sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We totally understand your frustration, we hate to think we have let any of our clients down. Unfortunately, when our seller asks us to accept the offer, we must accept it, regardless of circumstance. If you would like to give us a call, we would love to hear some more detailed feedback so we can improve going forward. Thanks Catherine.

GoogleThese guys are, without a doubt, the best estate agents I've ever went to. Jamie went out of his way to be accommodating, he was well-mannered, enthusiastic, empathetic and professional. Hands down, best viewing ever. I went for the property right away. Great job, guys!

GoogleMy partner and I rented an East Belfast property under YPG and the whole process couldn't have went smoother. Was looked after by Jamie from start to finish and was always there for anything we needed. We were only 7 months into our lease and my partner unexpectedly fell pregnant, and as much as we loved the place we simply wanted to own our own home and be closer to family once the baby arrived. We expected this to be a problem with out tenancy agreement but Jamie worked wonders for us, we simply gave him an expected move-out date, he found new tenants to rent the place after us and we got our safety deposit back afterwards. Safe to say the team there made our living experience there as easy and hassle-free as possible. Strongly recommend. Harry & Ella.

GoogleJamie sold us a house - he was always responsive and accommodating, despite challenging circumstances. He was good enough to allow us a second visit even though the sale was already proceeding - nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Jamie!

GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with the dad and son duo Jamie and Jim! We met Jamie during one of our property viewings and was unsure whether to go with YPG. However, speaking further with Jamie, he gave us more confidence in proceeding with them. Everything had a real professional touch. Our property went into the market during the winter holiday season and we were really concerned how things might turn into. However, Jim and Jamie had been on top of everything, reassured and explained to a complete novice like us about how the market currently is. Jamie also gave us advice on a few other properties that we were looking at, which helped us a lot in securing one of them. Jim advised us a lot on the possibilities of construction and renovation of properties too. We will always be thankful to YPG, Jamie and Jim and I am sure that even now I can approach them for any property related advice. Highly recommend YPG! Sincere, Trustworthy and humble folks! :)

GoogleYPG is a reliable, honest and dependable estate agent. My experience with the staffers is impressive, the speed of response to issues, the level of professionalism are of higher values. Also, the class of properties they let out worth the price placed on them. I can recommend and be confident that doing business with them is always a gain. Keep the good records on YPG.

GoogleJim and the YPG team were recommended to us by a family member and we were not disappointed. They took care of everything involved with selling our house. From the fantastic presentation of the house to taking care of all the enquiries and viewings, their service was excellent. Jim and Jamie also kept in constant contact and provided regular updates on our sale. What also spoke volumes to us, was when we hit some unforeseen legal issues, that many estate agents would not have got involved with, Jim worked tirelessly to help us get them resolved. It was clear to us from the word go that these guys genuinely care about their clients and will do everything they can to make moving house as stress-free as possible. For all these reasons, I would highly recommend Your Property Geeks to anyone searching for an estate agent to sell or let their house.

GoogleI was very impressed with the professionalism that YPG showed as they managed the sale of our house, especially during a pandemic. Jamie managed all the viewings and kept me updated regularly. He was also very quick to reply to emails and phone calls. I really appreciated their advice and guidance, nothing was too much trouble. The house sold within a few weeks of going on the market. I would definitely recommend YPG.

GoogleSTAY AWAY FROM PROPERTY GEEKS- “Sorry can’t take an offer from you as the vendor is currently considering an offer he has” OMG seriously!!! Never trust these guys to sell your property. Viewed a property last week and they did and said everything to stop me putting in an offer. Firstly I had to call them when I was at the property as they said I wasn’t booked in. Secondly the property went up £9000 in 6 hours. Thirdly the fat guy showing me round pointed out all the problems with the property and then said, sorry I can’t take an offer from you as the vendor is currently considering an offer he has. OMG seriously, nice to see him working so hard for the vendor! If I’m selling my house I would want to know every offer right up until I sign contract. Are these guys not obliged to bring offers to owners? Property Geeks are everything that’s wrong with the industry they actually give honest hard working agents a bad name. Don’t even deserve 1 star.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the service Your Property Geeks offer. It is very important to feel that no nonsense honest approach and that is what you get from both Jim and Jamie from day one. From the initial valuation, managing viewings and all the way from offer to completion they provided a professional, friendly and efficient service throughout the process. They offer competitive rates, always responded to phone calls and emails ( even out of hours) and nothing was too much trouble. Jamie in particular was fantastic and his professionalism, approachability and general calmness was outstanding and thank you again. I have used them for the sales of 2 properties recently, one of which they managed as a rental property and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to sell or rent their property. Most importantly, Your Property Geeks succeeded were the others failed.

GoogleI must convey my recommendation on employing Your Property Geeks as selling agent for my property. Once Jim O Malley accepted control of selling my property, I had little or nothing to worry about. He assured me every step of the way that he would look after the sale from the initial advertising right through to showing prospective buyers around my property at a time which suited them (evenings), liaising with Solicitor, Building Control Surveyor & recommending reliable workmen who carried out necessary works. Jim O Malley also consulted with me every step of the way & I found his wealth of knowledge immeasurable - certainly a One Stop Shop when it comes to selling your property! You'll be guaranteed a service second to none!
