TrustpilotThey enter your property without notice…
They enter your property without notice or consent and are incredibly rude. They attempt to evict without reason, schedule a hearing at the TAL then waste your time by not appearing because the way they got their information was illegal. They try to bully people into submission. I lived there for 2 years and it was by far the worst immobilier I have ever experienced.

GoogleHave used this estate agent several times for selling and renting out my properties. The costumer service is excellent, always there at the end of the phone when needed. They even recently could recognise my phone number when I rang. They go above and beyond to help you sell your property. Special mention to Ethan, Brian and Diane at the Castlereagh road branch.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have dealt with Vision in the buying, selling and rental market. Dianne managed the most recent rental for me and found an ideal tennant very quickly. She was a pleasure to deal with, kept me up to date throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. Great local estate agents, easy to deal with and I would highly recommend them 🤩 10 out of 10 to Vision's Dianne & Brian, and a very big thankyou. Dona McCabe 🏠

GoogleAs a Property owner I buy, rent and sell properties within the East Belfast area. My most recent sale was a bit of a challenge but Ethan kept me fully informed and made the whole think run smoother that I expected. The next time I want to buy, rent or sell Vision will be my first port of call.

GoogleWe have just sold our house through Vision Property in East Belfast. We loved that they offered a set price so we knew exactly what we were going to pay in advance. Ethan was our contact and he was absolutely first class at replying to us …

GoogleAs a first time Landlord I engaged Vision Property to find tenants for a property in Belfast. I found Diane a really brilliant staff member to work with. She was diligent with sourcing tenants for us, helped with accurate pricing for the current market and had excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them and would use again without hesitation. Our new tenants seemed equally supported on their journey too.

GoogleVision have dealt with my property over the course of almost 7 years, both as letting agent and more recently in the sale of the property. Diane managed the let, and was always quick to communicate any issues and engage good quality and reasonably priced tradesmen for any work that needed to be done. Ethan handled the sale of the property and was extremely professional, keeping me up-to-date with every development and ensuring all went smoothly. Would not hesitate to recommend Vision.

GoogleDiane and Brian go above and beyond as letting agents. They have been the kindest, most understanding and friendly agents I've met in all my renting years (and lots of craic too!). They are quick and ready to respond to any issues and always make you feel welcomed. If I didn't need to move to Glasgow for work, I may have just rented the flat forever based on my interactions with vision property. I cannot thank you, and vision property, as a whole enough. They quickly and efficiently handled any household issues and helped us with our queries to the landlord. Often with agency's you feel detached and no real relationship: but vision property make you feel connected, respected and listened too. I would absolutely rent again with Vision Property in a heart beat and would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Belfast area.
