I rented from Paul and Margaret for my first time living out and after hearing such negative stories of student landlords I was happy and reassured from the beginning that I was going to be taking care of! They were so attentive and understanding with any issues we had and always made us feel safe and comfortable about finance, maintenance and any other problems!PositiveProfessionalism

Paul and Margaret are really the great people I have ever met and are doing a wonderful job of helping people who come to Belfast and looking for accommodation. They are very professional, genuine and respectful and dealing with them is such a pleasure. They were readily available whenever we had any issues or queries, and resolving things the same day. I would definitely recommend 'University Area Properties' to everyone without any second thought.

Perfect landlords, as previous review says Margaret and Paul really treat us like adults, house is in great shape and there always quick to fix anything broken. have recommended them to friends. We have been through many different rentals prior to this, and Margaret and Paul are by far the best. We have stayed in our current residence for 3 years. Couldn't fault there help and support during our time at uni

Rented my first house through Paul and Margaret for the past two years and just left recently. Great agency who always dealt with any concerns me or housemates had within very good time. Never any issues with anything like dodgy letting fees or getting our deposit back in a fair way, everything was straight forward from start to finish, couldn’t recommend them more.

I rented from Paul and Margaret for over 6 years. They are the best landlords I've ever had in Belfast. The gas was checked annually and anything that needed attention was sorted quickly. Communications and safety advice was sent when needed. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The student house I had last year was by far better than any other houses I've been to in the holylands. Land lords are great, and if there is an instance were anyone has to come round to the house, they were always extremely nice and sound. Brilliant experience all round

Been with University Area Properties for 4 years now. The first year was in shared accommodation and then the last 3 years have been in a one bedroom flat. The transfer from shared to 1 bed was outstandingly easy as the deposit was transferred over and all was done for me by Paul and Margaret. If there was anything needed fixed, which there rarely was, it was sorted the next working day. Any time I have needed to text about something I always get a swift and helpful reply or phonecall. Honestly, couldn't recommend them more. Be a shame to leave after this year.

I have been a tenant with University Area Properties for the past three years, and I am very disappointed that I have to move on from them next year. I could not have asked for a better experience over the past few years; they are among the most friendly, genuine, and trustworthy people that I have met and are always there to help you out when needed. They respect their student tenants and keep their properties in great condition. If you ever need them, they reply instantly and they are always very welcoming when you have to drop into the office. They explain everything that is essential to know and they do so in a professional and friendly manner. Trust me - whenever you are lucky enough to get a property with them, you will try your utmost to stay with them for as long as you can. I would strongly recommend to anyone!
