We have had a very positive experience with UPS Lisburn Road. Firstly, as potential purchasers we were kept up-to-date with offers in a supportive but not demanding way and were able to view the property withoout any problems. The service was so good that we asked them to manage the sale of the house also- which again was managed in a very professional and personal way. Lara, Rachel and Paddy have always been very friendly and couteous. They have always showed a genuine interest in the properties and their opinion we value greatly. Having had experience of other local agents - we definitely rate UPS Lisburn Road the very best. We will definitely continue to use their services with confidence. We would recommend them highly.

From the beginning I was given honest and unbiased opinions on the value of my property and I was kept up to date during the whole process with constant communication from the courteous and helpful reception staff and selling agents. They were always willing to accommodate out of office hours viewings and nothing was too much trouble. UPS delivered a highly professional service with excellent customer service, which is becoming increasingly uncommon among estate agents in Belfast. I sold a house through these guys, eventually, and via pressing the situation myself in a manner that rattled cages. Corrupt, is how to describe UPS Lisburn Road in one word. This is not a UPS wide issue. I have sold a house via UPS Ballyhackamore in the past, and the service there was excellent. Highly professional. In fact they surpassed expectations, hence using UPS Lisburn Road this time. Major mistake. Seems to be a sort of franchise set-up. Brand consistency is poor. If possible to give zero stars, I would. Chancers, cowboys and charlatans.
