GoogleUPS are a very professional company with clear advice and a strong sales record. They sold my daughters house with minimum of fuss and always kept everyone informed. As a chartered surveyor i have come across a wide range of companies, some of who i would not employ again. Paddy and the team were brilliant and i would personally and professionally recommend them. Don't go past them, you wont regret it. Eamon MalonePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleUPS Lisburn Road where amazing from start to finish. From Paddy coming out to the house and giving us a realistic price and once instructed to put it on the market, we had constant accompanied viewings. This resulted in more than one offer. Lara was certainly on top of keeping us up to date on how things where going and this resulted in a very smooth transition. We would certainly recommend UPS to any prospective sellers or buyers.
Thanks Violet, was lovely to help you guys sell the property. Best of luck for the future and pop in and say hello if your on the road.

Toms a natural when it comes to this game, his advice was always spot on, his delivery of that advice, was mighty. Cant praise this guy and his team enough. For what it's worth, if I were to do this again, it would be over to UPS to manage.

GoogleThe staff at UPS Lisburn Road couldn’t have been more helpful to us on our emotional journey selling our home of 47 years! From Paddy’s first visit we were put at ease. Paddy consented to our requests which other agents would have denied us. We wanted to do our own viewings because of Covid precautions, we didn’t want a sale board erected and this was not a problem. Lara was a constant source of encouragement when doubts arose and a perfect link between us and our buyers ( our second viewers out of only 3). Even Tom who didn’t know us very well was always available with wise counsel. Thank you Paddy, Lara and Tom for helping smooth what could have been a rough road but which went without a hitch. One just needs to be patient in the process of selling ones home. What we thought would take 2 years took 3 months from first viewing. Would highly recommend the team at UPS Lisburn Road.
