GooglePurchased a property through UPS Cavehill - a great service from start to finish. It was a long drawn out process (nothing to do with the estate agents) but they worked hard to get the sale through. Richard was great and the rest of the staff also - all helpful, professional and efficient. Thank you UPS Cavehill.

GoogleWon the competition for the £60 voucher for Ben Madigan’s that was advertised by this branch. Extremely grateful, staff were bubbly when I collected it. Have used UPS Glengormley in the past when renting as a tenant and they were great at being mediators between myself and the landlord. I’m sure all staff across the branches are just as professional. I’m currently looking to buy my first home with my partner and I would definitely use UPS in the future. Thanks again! * Update one year later - had several viewings with UPS and any time we asked questions about the property we were viewing, they didn’t have an answer e.g. age of boiler. Would just shrug and say I don’t know. It was a constant pattern despite meeting different agents. We don’t expect you to know the area inside out but reviewing the property info and being prepared would help improve our confidence as buyers. Feels like they can’t be bothered and they are just there to unlock the door for the viewing.

GoogleI have nothing but praise for Richard and the team in UPS Cavehill. My parents were downsizing from their home to a bungalow and we rang Cavehill to get a valuation. This was done promptly and photos done the same way. My parents are 82 yrs of age and because of this all viewings were carried out with 24 hours notice and facilitated by one of the team from UPS, my parents just went out for coffee etc while they were going on. House sold in 1 week, amazing, and the process completed in around 10 weeks. Given that Christmas fell during that time period I think this was incredible. We received the utmost consideration from the team and even when we rang to ask for updates this was never any problem and we received nothing but respect. It has been a pleasure working with Richard and the UPS team in Cavehill and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them if you are planning to sell your home.

GoogleWould give no stars if could, such a bad approach, if you want to market your property professionally go elsewhere, I was left chasing to get feedback from any viewers that viewed my property due to what appeared lack of interest from UPS Cavehill, I was left phoning office to see if any interest despite being told by Johnny on visiting my property that he had a list of potential buyers that would be interested in it but yet none of these appeared. I was told I was incorrect when I informed him of the lack of leads being chased. Such bad customer service. Don’t waste your time or money use another agent otherwise you will be left frustrated and left having to constantly be on phone chasing them.

GoogleWhat a disaster. I won't elaborate as it makes me angry..but don't have an dealings with these people. They are totally incompetent. What a lot of grief I would have saved myself had I avoided them. My advice is to go to Shanks a few doors down..what a great service from Barbara and the team. Excellent!
