Had a terrible experience with this woman. Made me make an appointment without listening to the question I was asking... Then wouldn't listen when I attended the appt.... Didn't even get sitting down when she walked me back out the door.... Rude and unhelpful woman, wasted my time as well as her own. Theresa had been recommended to me and so we chose her for buying our first house. Our house buying journey was not smooth sailing and during the time working with Theresa and her team we had a sale fall through after 6 months and then our mortgage expired on the 2nd house a few weeks before completion. Theresa & her team worked with us for 14 months through the whole journey and nothing was too much for them throughout. Theresa was very quick and efficient at applying for our mortgages, she explained everything and always tried to get us the best deal. The communication was brilliant, they rang us without prompts to keep us updated and always answered any questions we had quickly. Towards the end when things were very stressful due to needing a new mortgage for completion in under 2 weeks Theresa & team sorted this and were so helpful in contacting the bank on our behalf and pushing for things to be expedited so that we thankfully completed on time! Theresa and her team (especially Cassandra) were so professional, kind, helpful & supportive during the whole process and I would highly recommend them if you need a mortgage!
