FacebookCommunication was top quality. Even our viewers would comment on how quick in response & professional the entire Simon Brien team were. David was always at the end of the phone if I needed him and the lovely Barbara was a delight to chat too. The entire team have been great & I would highly recommend Simon Brien.

GoogleI initially dealt with Jonathan when negotiating a price for marketing and selling the property. He was very professional and courteous at all times Also fair to say that Jonathan was competitive in his pricing. Also dealt with Lana regarding viewings and updates. Lana always kept me up to date on viewings and transaction stages. I would have no hesitation using this office again in the future

FacebookNever rent from this joke of an estate agents. All they want is your money! Me and my girlfriend had been getting harassed from our neighbour who was a complete psychopath making false allegations. which the estate agents backed us up with for a while. After a few more harassment emails to Simon Brien they then took her side and decided to evict us which was perfect as we wanted to move anyway, next minute they decide to put a whole claim in for the deposit saying it wasn’t professionally cleaned. I’ve just paid £70 to erase the smell of pets from the house and don’t even have a pet 😂.
Think it was a rat they smelt. Because according to your girlfriend’s review, you were alleged charged £100, now £70?? Scuttle off and stop making fools of yourselves.

FacebookI highly recommend Simon O'Brien Residential and in particular Robin Lyons who dealt with the sale of our house. He guided us through the sale in a professional and efficient manner achieving a price that we were very happy with. It is my honest opinion that this would not have been achieved with another agent.

I never believed that trading is this profitable, I was very doubtful about Forex and Bitcoin trading, until i got convinced by a neighbor I decided to risk $1,000 with MR MADDIE SCHAEFER, after I saw reviews of people on how good she is, though I was Very skeptical but she prove me wrong with my first trade results, by profiting $7,600 within a week for me, I'm gonna recommend her to everyone looking to invest in trading and earn extra income. FacebookKate kept me updated every step of the way when renting out my apartment. Highly recommend both Kate and Simon Brien
Was buying my first home for me and my family. Wife child at 11 and 5 months…went on holiday as we haven’t been over all the COVID experience. To come home and be told that they have giving are home away at an extra 15 thousand pounds. Because we never signed a piece of paper with are solicitor…JOKE and of course All because of money. The greed from this company is not on the owners are multi millionaires who don’t need an extra few thousand pounds ..USE…have left a family coming up to Christmas homeless. Stay clear…..WARNING…hope use are happy.

GoogleA few weeks on, the dust has settled and looking back I can honestly say I couldn't be happier with our choice in going with Simon Brien. For myself and my partner, the estate agent market felt quite saturated and having lots of different people tell us broadly the same thing about both value and fees it was how everyone at Simon Brien made us feel that sets them apart. You can't shy away from how stressful balancing a sale and a purchase around the same time is but had it not been for someone like Nicola listening to my very regular flapping it would have been a million times worse. If you are thinking about what's different in the sea of people wanting to sell your house, hopefully these words help you make the right choice and pick Simon Brien!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
