Very poor service as a buyer of a new home!! I complained about attitude of staff and they made the whole process of buying a new home an awful experience. I would not recommend at all

The team are all very professional, especially the manager at the Quay branch. The shop space is in a prominent location so there were lots of viewings, in addition to the online service which led to offers with a quick sale. I am very pleased with their performance.

Horrible, very unprofessional very tricky. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Asking for holding depozit, after credit check went wrong they refuze to send the money back, avoid this agenty. Most horrible services ever.
