TrustpilotReeds Rains Hazel Grove.
Reeds Rain Hazel Grove have been my agent for over 4 years. They manage my rental property and recently sold a house for me. They are professional and efficient as you would expect from a long established estate agent. The manager, Laura maintains quality control with a friendly face and the whole team are service minded. TrustpilotVery poor level of service.
The staff in the local branch were helpful and good to deal with. After letting a property we were handed over to the central team in Southampton (the property being in Sheffield) and from there on the level of service was terrible. I would let rent a Reed Rains property again under any circumstances.
