GoogleReed Rains recently let an apartment for me in East Belfast securing a new tenant with an uplift of 25% on the monthly rent. Naoimh Leonard the Lettings Manager provided a professional service and excellent advice on how to present the property for marketing and provided regular updates throughout the process.

TrustpilotWow definitely 5 out 5
Wow definitely 5 out 5 I had Alison Bullock from chapel house branch out yesterday. Her time keeping was spot on, her local knowledge was superb, her manners and enthusiasm was amazing. As a sales negotiator she really was the best sales person I have seen for a long time. And I should know!

TrustpilotGreat Support - Let in Wakefield
Searching for a house in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, I was kindly supported by Reeds Rains team, specially Samantha Russell, the Lettings Manager.Despite of the limited offer in the region for a 4 bedroom house, they give me all attention and actively tried to bring me options.Thank you.

TrustpilotNot worthy even of one star
Not worthy even of one star. They sent out contract for renewal tenancy and failed to pick up that statutory notice periods have changed twice during Covid. They are still advising that it’s two months when in fact it was extended to three and now six months. An absolute joke of a service.
