The st.Helens. branch This agencie is so well organised and will explain to you everything u need to know when trying to rent a house they have spot on knowledge of the area and are super helpful when looking for a house. The agent that helped me with everything was eleanor smith she helped me find a house after i told her about our struggle finding one that allowed us to have our dogs and we manged to find and secure one within the same week such an amazing agent.

I’d like to say I am very happy with the great service recently provided by Claudia Tarr in the Wilmslow branch, she has been very professional, hard working and patient when finding tenants for my property. She’s an excellent communicator too: she’s willing to talk to you, she keeps you well informed, and takes on board your wishes and opinions. GoogleRecently completed a quick, very stress free sale of my property with Reeds Rains after switching estate agents. Naoimh / Rachel communicated with us at least weekly (often daily) giving us updates on where we were and what the next steps would be. The previous agent never once lifted the phone to us so we feel the girls went over and beyond what they needed to do. Little touches, such as being able to track our sale online via the website were great too. I can’t recommend these guys enough, definitely get in touch with them if you are thinking about selling, we only wish we had realised this 1st time round rather than wasting time with an estate agent who just didn’t care.

GoogleI rent from a private landlord through Reeds Rains. They have always been very attentive when things needed done around the house (even if the landlord is much less up for the task). Their visits are always prearranged and very pleasant. Especially with their last agent Naoimh, who was very professional making sure we are good and not needing anything. We recently bought our first house that was marketed by Reeds Rains St Helens, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Jane Kerrigan in particular was fantastic, and responded to all our enquiries very quickly, and was great at dealing with the solicitors and speeding things along. We will definitely be using them again in the future, and would advise anyone else to do so also!

If I could give it a zero I would Property management on fully managed let USELESS…… save your money Go to a company which actually manages a property The list is endless …… inspections not carried out properly, rent increases not done, no action taken for 6 months on a child safety issue , damage in property not investigated, emails not responded to …. Reeds Rains - Ilford, Cranbrook roadExtremely unpleasant to deal with. I had been calling every single day for a week regarding a rental property advertised to be told someone will call back. However no one ever did. I called yesterday complaining to Bernard, the branch manager emphasising the lack of customer service. He also told me he will call me back. To no surprise i did not get a call back. Called in to find more excuses and then was being told what and how to leave a review. I stated i wanted to complain and i was told to send the complain to the person i would be filing the complaint against! LoL! I have never come across such a counter intuitive demand before. DO NOT use these guys. They have such a disgusting attitude. Anyone wanting to rent out their property, do NOT use them. They do not care about whether your property needs to be rented out or not. This could very well have been a happy landlord whose property has been rented. However it is not the case due to this embarassing property agents and the manner in which they deal with customers. I will be taking this further to HR or MD. I am leaving review on every platform to raise awareness. Stay well away from these guys!

GoogleI recently put my apartment on the market for rent with Reeds Rains,Ormeau Road. Niaomh looked after everything from the initial survey to the signing of the contract with the eventual tenant. I found her to be very helpful and efficient throughout the whole process,always keeping me informed of enquiries and viewings etc. I was very pleased with the service I received and would certainly recommend Reeds Rains to anyone wishing to rent or buy property in the area.
