Tried to arrange a viewing but as I work full time and can't take calls I could only converse over email, something which isn't an issue with other estate agents at all. Reedsrains wouldn't allow this so I can't even arrange a viewing. Absolutely ridiculous and they need to review their policy. Information given over email is much clearer than over the phone.

We had bit of an issue with mortgage lender taking quite a while but reeds rains were very patient and once all went through were very efficient in getting me into my new property. The service was apathetic. We did not receive the AST until about 2 days before we were due to move in (in December) having known we were moving in since August. The documents received contained errors and did not include pre-agreed terms. When we chased the response was always slow and unhelpful.

Very bad estate agents, not to be trusted. It took months and a threat of withholding rent to get a load of rubbish removed from back garden and loft. I was eager to finish my year with them, they then had the gall to with hold part of my deposit when leaving. I am in the midst of taking them to small claims. Beware

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to arrange a visit that fitted in with our schedule.The process of selling the house was explained well to us.We were frequently contacted by members of the sales team, by phone and email, ensuring we were kept up to date as the sale developed. Reeds Rain, Didsbury have been absolute gem! I have had 2y+ experience with them and they have helped me as much as they can to find a property of my liking that suits my mortgage budget. It was a long journey but worth the wait. Everyone at RR are helpful, kind and thoughtful. I will definitely recommend RR and I will also be using them in the future, if need be. ILFORD BRANCHAmazing agents. I wasn't even their client for the house they were selling but the buyer. Yet Bernard put my faith back into agents after the experinces I have had. Very friendly, genuine and quick with information and updates. He helped me and gave me advice and was always there. Agents like Bernard need be valued! I appreciate his happiness for us when the deal went through and I wish him and the firm the best.

It appears that Reed Rains only care about making money, their staff are programmed with a script of what to say and they do not deviate and act like a human being. Their charges are extortionate and lock you in with so many terms and conditions that even the the most experienced Landlords can get stung. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!

Will keep your deposit if smoke alarm not working! They will call out an engineer and you will have to foot the bill! Very expensive! This happened in Chesterfield a while ago now they can check their records of deposits held onto
