Rented out my house with them. Charged a monthly fee to keep check on the upkeep of it. Shouldn't have bothered. House given back to me in a terrible condition. Holes in walls, dirty carpets, thick grime in bathroom, unclean fridge/freezer. If you value your property, do not rent with this company.

The worst letting agents I have ever dealt with. Repairs just go untouched for months because "The landlord refuses to do them". Staff at the local office are pleasant enough but they really shouldn't allow a landlord like this to let properties through them knowing what she is like.
