TrustpilotGreat service
Great service, both Maria and Greg have been fantastic during our purchase keeping us up to date and moving the process along! Always a friendly greeting on the phone and been incredibly flexible with our requests. Thanks Reeds Rains Rothwell!

TrustpilotStill they've done nothing.
Submitted a review about Reed Pains on the 13th of February. Despite all the lip service and requests for further details, 9 days later, I've still got the remnants of their board attached to the front of my house. This apathy within Reed Rains appears to be company policy.

GoogleReeds Rains have fully managed rental properties for us for several years …. Excellent service, I would highly recommend them.

TrustpilotAppalling level of competence…
Appalling level of competence for managing rentals on behalf of landlord and tenant. Would never go back to this company. Shocking level of service that in no way reflects the high management fees they charge. They use poor third party "inspectors" so adding to smokescreens avoiding responsibility.

TrustpilotThieves and conmen .
Thieves and conmen .I was unable to move into a rental property because of the filthy condition and they refused to give me any money back , keeping all advance rent and all my deposit .Do not ever use this so called estate agent , you will be ripped off .

TrustpilotSTOP using IamSold
Good agents & great friendly service. BUT STOP using IamSold auctions. My understanding is that you get paid for each property referred to them but you're more than capable to sell it yourself. IamSold rip off sellers with shocking fees & have terrible customer service.

TrustpilotI was lied to and highly disappointed
I was lied to, given false assurances by Alister only to be phoned to take payment but instead after speaking only hours earlier about i could secure it that he had given it to a couple who shown previous interest. Do not trust this chesterfield branch
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
