Rude, degrading staff. Not helpful at all very judgmental and cocky. Would never ever like to sell my house or buy a house from them. Andrew was fabulous everyone else just total discussing rude behaviour, no empathy and just rude.

We used Reeds Rains selby north yorkshire to sell our bungalow , things were ok ( allthough we had to do all the chasing up on viewings and despite telling the manager not happy with the service or the lack of it nothing changed ) upto selling but once we had a buyer the manager lost all interest , no updates with how things were progressing and not even a thank you once they got paid quite a large sum of money . definitely will never use them again .

I cannot agree with your comments around lack of feedback for your viewings as we had multiple customers viewings on your property and I can see notes on every viewing where the staff were chasing and collecting and giving feedback to you. I also do not agree with your loss of interest comment either. I, personally, helped negotiate the offer, achieving £14,000 above the asking price as well as running through information, looking at floorplans and discussing the property you wished to purchase (not being sold via Reeds Rains). During the progression of your sale, I had numerous conversations with you, including when your buyers had lost their purchaser, and I understood from the buyers you had exchanged numbers. At the exchange and competition stage we would normally receive all keys and would thank you for being a customer however, with you having exchanged numbers, and agreeing with the buyers you would meet them to hand keys over directly, we were left out of this stage. So I will thank you for being a customer, I'm happy we helped you buy and sell and buy again, I hope you enjoy your new house and hopefully our paths cross again.Regards,Reeds Rains Selby

Absolute rubbish. I don’t recommend. I’m in the process of selling. It’s been a total frustration & I feel very badly let down by the staff at Reeds Reins Ossett. I have no idea what they are doing for their commission as it’s always me that’s chasing & trying to get things moving, I’m always getting the answer machine & I very rarely get calls back. It would be a very big review if I went into the nitty gritty of the problems due to their lack of effort. Communication is RUBBISH, the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. They didn’t keep on top of our first sale & we lost alot of time because of them. The second sale is on with & again they haven’t done anything. We’re 3 months into a sale that was supposed to take a month & it’s because they don’t chase things up or communicate with you. I complained by email to the manager laying out their negligence with the first sale. One of the members of staff agreed with my comments on the phone but the manager never responded. I rang twice for a response to my email…nothing. I’ve screenshot all the calls & you can see from my call log that they don’t get back to you. I emailed asking for a response to my complaint & it wasn’t barely a response just a couple of lines of nothing. I’m so so frustrated & fed up of doing all the leg work myself. Very disappointed. I was about to pull out of the sale & move somewhere else as I’d had enough & then they finally did something, however since then I’ve had nothing & yet again I’ve had to chase.

the service at Reed rain Durham, Darlington and Leeds is an absolute sxxtshow. there's no communication and the landlord isn't kept in the loop with anything. all the staff dealing with our property are totally incompetent and useless. they pass you on to other staff as they aren't capable of sorting out the job. Happy to take your money but provide no service. go to another estate agent 🙂

Advised terribly, advise was made for the benefit of Reeds Rains and not myself.Communication lacking.Pulled out at a cost to me.I can only tell you my experience and that is they don't care about the customer.The person advising me thought because i had to pay a fee to pull out, i would be reluctant to do it. There is no chance I would let them sell my house after all this. And on that, i have spoken to someone else who said they were trying to sell a house for nearly a year without success using Reed Rains, they went elsewhere and it sold after a week.You live and learn...

James went above and beyond to help us to find a property to let when the landlord of our previous property decided to sell. He's been an absolute star, this is the 2nd property that we have rented from Reeds Rain and James has overseen both lets and managed both tenancy's. This was cumbersome and unnecessary made a very difficult process. I was a guarantor. Then I needed a reference from my employer. I have to submit taxes. Totally crazy. I have no idea how this people can even rent one house. If I wasn’t doing it for my loved one I would totally go somewhere else. They need to tone it down. Pure nonsense. Scary stuff

Had a nightmare scenario recently in that had to find a new house to let asap but was really struggling !!!!Thank goodness for REEDS RAINS (Wakefield) who despite my panic, frustrations, worries and cock-ups providing the correct info, really did save the day !!!They found me and my partner the perfect rental, steered us through all the process, alleviated all my worries/stresses and got us settled in before our own "D-day" deadline !!! 😃 An absolute MASSIVE thank you to all the staff at the Wakefield Branch, in particular Claire Evans who kept us calm during our panic stricken moments and steered us through the whole process from start to finish. Absolutely furious with the lack of customer service. I was sold an auction property by Lisa Sharpe - told there was a tenant in there for the next year, and that rental would be taken care of. She lied, tenant was moving that week. I bought in June - still not completed due to buyers solicitor not sending accurate information and ignoring my solicitors emails

As a first time buyer, to be told the wrong completion date from Zoe was annoying.The day before I phoned to say I doubt that’s happening as our solicitors haven’t said it will be.They still told us we will be moving in.This is because Reeds Rains Solicitors sent out the paperwork too soon to the sellers and dragged it out for 3 weeks sending us our paperwork that we needed.

GoogleRosaleen again done a marvellous job finding a tenant for our property. Not any tenants, the right tenants - as per our request in Jan 2022 and May 2023. Rosaleen was in regular contact and was most professional. All done in a little over one week. Fees most reasonable. Better service than the competitors nearby. Abundance of photos and detailed inventory. Will be using Rosaleens service again! Very impressed. AD.
