Reeds Rains in Longton have been absolutely fantastic. Submitted a review about Reed Pains on the 13th of February. Despite all the lip service and requests for further details, 9 days later, I've still got the remnants of their board attached to the front of my house. This apathy within Reed Rains appears to be company policy.

Appalling level of competence for managing rentals on behalf of landlord and tenant. Would never go back to this company. Shocking level of service that in no way reflects the high management fees they charge. They use poor third party "inspectors" so adding to smokescreens avoiding responsibility.
