I have contacted Rea Estates on several occasions regarding their tenant and noise complaints. They don’t seem bothered as this has went on for months now even after I have showed them proof. Their tenant tried to threaten me when I confronted them about the disturbances. I made Rea Estates aware of it too and the response you could just tell was not very professional, considering it’s been months now you would think they would take action to address the issue. Instead they say they will speak to the tenant and then subsequently the tenant will antagonise even more.

I’m a former tenant who spent almost 6 years in a property rented out by Rea’s. They are impossible to communicate with, they fail at managing the property and liaising between tenant and landlord, they don’t care about your living standard and let the landlord away with renting a properly in a terrible standard. They failed to manage and repair the property and issues throughout my tenancy, they fail to provide a refund of money I am owed due to an overpayment in rent. I received a notice to quit without any reasoning and I had 8 weeks to find a new home to live and uproot my life, 2 days post move out the properly had been advertised to rent for almost double the rent I was paying. I had done the house up JUST before said notice had been presented to me, therefore not only do they owe me overpayment they also tricked me out of money for doing the house up and then kicking me out. Disgusting and disgraceful estate agents and I hope people stay away for their own health and sanity.

I have been involved with Rea Estates since 2012 and have found them to be extremely professional in all aspects of there Estate Agency Business. To date I have purchased three properties from there portfolio, each transaction was dealt with efficiently and expeditiously, because of their attention to detail I requested that they manage the rental of the properties on my behalf. From 2012 to the present day they have dealt with the properties very efficiently and effectively returning a good income from each property During this time I requested that they sell one of the houses on my behalf. They did so smoothly and expeditiously and I received a higher than market price for the property. The profit from this sale will be further reinvested in property and I will be certain to give the management of any further property investments to Rea Estates to manage on my behalf. I would strongly recommend Rea Estate for any aspect of property purchase, letting or sales.
