We are disappointed and indeed surprised by your comments about the office staff, and would draw the attention to the many other reviews which contradict your comments and outline how helpful and professional staff have been to satisfied customers. We of course aim to please all customers but in your case we obviously unable to do so. Your claim that we charge £10 for card payments is simply incorrect and misleading. Rental payments can be made via cash, cheque or card payments. Cash and cheque payments do not incur any charges at all. Card payments did incur a £5 maximum charge, even when the charge to ourselves was more than £5. At no stage was there ever a £10 charge. Card charges were all removed from 13th January 2018, and we now levy no charge to make card payments at all. Unlike many other agents we do not and never have levied any charges for tenancy applictions or tenant references. Thank You

As it has also been over 5 years since you rented through ourselves, let us assure you that we have improved on many aspects that we felt could have been bettered and continue to do so where we receive negative criticism. Mr Goodwin - you have left us a One star review but without any explanation. We have tried to telephone you but there is no pick up at your end . We note that you vacated the property in Agincourt Street in August of last year . Your rent which was £240 per month was entirely appropriate to the condition of the property which was one of our older and more tired properties and therefore one of the cheapest properties on our books at that time, and this was fully explained to yourself and your co-tenants prior to submission of your application forms for the property. Our records show at the end of your tenancy that there were three deductions from your £900 deposit , £60 for a full industrial oven clean , £50 to refill a discharged CO Extinguisher in Bed 1 and £32.50 for cleaning the remainder of the house , a total of £142.50 and a small balance rent due by one of the tenants. All of these charges were entirely reasonable and indeed were all agreed by the Lead tenant without the requirement to refer the matter to TDS(NI) . As we are always keen however, to learn from any mistakes and see how we can improve our service and better understand our tenants issues we would ask you to contact our office to discuss any aspect of your letting experience with us.
