Helpful and fair. Gave good support throughout the viewing and application process and were very quick with answering mail. My minor remark would be that Quicklet would have been excellent if it would take a little more own initiative in providing practical information after the viewing and application process had been completed. I had to ask for some relatively obvious information on procedures, which they were more than happy to answer, but might just have told on their own initiative.
