Don't accept videos in the place of real life viewings. Property I was leased had a multitude of problems but the staff were great and worked very hard to remedy everything with me.

Would not deal with this company again. After leaving a property and being promised my deposit back, it took 5 weeks, countless emails and phone calls before eventually getting it. Left me out of pocket all that time and basically had to beg to get my own money back. Some of the staff didnt even bother replying to my emails and phone calls. Going by the other reviews, i would avoid this company at all costs. Look forward to seeing what excuse they reply with

I rented with quicklet for 3 years and moved out last month. Couldn't fault the staff during that time. Some maintenance issues took longer to fix than others, but Sarah who dealt with these issues for the last year or so was great. Would recommend quicklet from a tenants point of view
