Hi Conor, You would have been asked to leave quicklet a Google review based on your experience with quicklet so far, therefore if you chose to leave a five star review at this time we can only assume that you felt a five star service was provided. quicklet have no control over who chooses to leave a review, or the rating that the reviewer provides and would have no means to force people to leave reviews. We of course understand that there is great disappointment in not securing a specific property but unfortunately this is a common occurrence with the current rental market as demand far outweighs the supply and this is something applicants and viewers should always keep in mind. For the avoidance of doubt, each landlord can only agree one application for one property and we can see that the property you had applied for was extremely popular with 11 viewings carried out in the one evening which you attended - meaning there are also 9 other disappointed parties in this case. The decision of who to proceed with is at the discretion of the landlord and quicklet act on their instruction, so if they did not choose to proceed with your application at this time we do not believe that this is a legitimate reason to provide quicklet with a poor rating implying that the service we provide is at fault. We provide an extremely high level of customer service to all clients as seen in previous reviews and as you had initially left a five star review of your own accord, we can only assume that you had been pleased with the service you received and this has now been overshadowed by your disappointment in missing out on a property.
