I'm a tennant and my letting agents changed to Quicklet Belfast a few months ago. They've honestly been great with communication and customer service. I had a leak in the ceiling and they got onto my landlord straight away and it was fixed within a couple of days. Always friendly when I phone them. Very happy with their service
