Fantastic experience from start to finish. All can be done electronically, but personally preferred to sign the final agreement in person. The staff at the north and west office were excellent and Delia and Adrian in particular went above and beyond their jobs. I've had a number of letting agencies in the past and property people ni are by far the best around. Highly recommended!

Going to finish just 3 months tenancy with propertypeople. Had to live without a washing machine for about two weeks so far. The problem is a faulty start switch which got jammed 3 times so far and no one knows a permanent solution for this. It takes many days for the engineer to come and adjust the switch, thanks to the preprogrammed reason COVID. Thanks for attending the problem of falling tiles within the shower unit after two weeks and in good condition.

I suggest to stay away from these Ladies, of course if you want to avoid problems. If more people will tell about their experience, one day they will change their unprofessional behavior. At first glance, they are pretty good in decorations and they have nice tastes when it's time to pair colors, blankets or pillows. The basics then totally miss: heating, hot water, safety. Safety means that the main door can be locked in a manner that blocks tenants outside. Or leaks that become cracks, that produce dust or concrete that you breath. Or a gate that can never be closed. And the deposit is never secured: I fought like a lion to get it back. Once you pay it, remember that you should receive an email or an sms from Tds or another agency like them. Do not trust in the documents you get from Property People. The positive aspect is that one day the nightmare ends. Hopefully they will not continue to cheat others. I think someone should intervene to regulate real estate agencies there. They are predators of new students and professionals arriving.

I have never had a worse experience with any agencies, ever, and I was a student. Please save yourself the stress and upset. They work hard to make the properties look like decent places and are helpful and forthcoming, UNTIL you sign the contract. Then, every encounter I have had since, the agents are unhelpful, disinclined and on top of it, rude, with serious delusions of adequacy - and that is if you can even get a hold of them. Issues get pasted over (literally and figuratively) but never actually get 'repaired'. They cut corners where they can and have a 'handy man' who isn't any better than what you could do yourself to fix things. The housing quality is far below sub par, our particular property has a mouse infestation, a broken front door and our post gets stolen regularly. Everything gets painted nicely then falls apart the moment you move in. DON'T DO IT.

Tried to take 80 quid off my deposit for no reason, I appealed it with the third party who holds the deposit and got all my money back. Wouldnt recommend.
